Does Russian army really have a problem with conserving ammunition? I think that is highly unlikely. Tragic for western Ukraine (i.e actual Ukraine) that despite all the U.S. – led Nato supplies of ATGM, that the Kyiv regime forces are left firing at Russian MBT’s with machine guns now, such is the level of depletion.

Furthermore, the tank took out the sections of the building where cover was facing friendly troops or friendly direction. This means that the structure provides less direct cover from that direction and might even be unusable now due to structural damage.

Moving a tank into urban environment is literally sentencing the tankers to death. The Soviet commanders did that mistake time and time again, from Rjev to Berlin, and the in Groznyy. Russian military men should know better.
