A gathering of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in the newly-liberated town of Khan Assubul in southeast Idlib was targeted on January 29 by a suicide vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (SVBIED).
Al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) claimed responsibility for the SVBIED attack right away, identifying the suicide attacker as “Abu Osama al-Ansari.”
The terrorist group’s news network, Iba’a, released an aerial image of the targeted gathering. A battle tank, an infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) and three vehicles of the SAA can be seen in the image.

Iba’a also shared drone footage of the attack. The video shows the SVBIED’s explosion. Nevertheless, it doesn’t prove that the vehicle had reached the gathering.
Pro-government sources claimed that the SVBIED was destroyed before reaching the gathering. These claims were not verified by any independent source.
Recently, HTS terrorists started conducting suicide attacks along the front line in southeast Idlib and southwest Aleppo. This move is designed to slow down the SAA’s advance. This tactic has not been efective so far.

Attacking using SVBIEDs after they lost a battle is a desperate attack from terrorists. This is their last attempt to turn the tide of battle. Hopefully, SAA is not negligent and careless about the situation after winning several battles, this negligence will be used by terrorists to launch their banzai vehicles. Keep an eye on all the entrances and exits of a newly liberated city, place several observers to monitor this path, or use a drone. Stay alert, watch around.
I’ve had a good look at this vid and taken 11 screenshots, roughly 2 per second. The alledged svbied approaches the 3 trees on the dual carraigeway and is covered from view at 29 seconds. The last tree is the largest and if you take note there is a car parked beside it, number plate is visable. There is a Bus parked at the far side of this space, a soldier speaking to a person dressed in black and there appears to be roughly six other soldiers towards the front of the bus. On 0:31 seconds we see a figure dressed in black coming from the area where the alledged svbied went out of view, he passes in front of the parked car heading in the direction of the bus but turns on his heels and heads in the direction of the first tree on the carraigeway. At no time does the alledged svbied enter the area. At 0:36.6 seconds the epicentre of the explosion occurs from the centre of the Bus, unfortunately anyone in the area would be killed instantly. 0:41 seconds you can just make out a black clad figure emerging from between the first and second tree. He is completely visible at 0:44 as he runs across the carraigeway. I now believe the parked Bus was packed with explosives and for whatever reason the rat needed to trigger the ied on line of sight. Unfortunately, it looks like the pathetic rat who committed this got away with his cowardly skin for the time being. However, Beelezbub and his satanic crew are ready and waiting to flay him alive before roasting him on a spit for eternity and the sooner the better….
Good video analysis. I never thought that, if we look more closely, it seems to be true. If indeed he was the culprit he would not last too long, that was the SAA hunting territory, he would die there sooner or later.

The top photo shows a road break crossing of approximately 22 feet between grass verges at exactly the point of the armour gathering. Yet the blast clearly occurs at a different point on the video with no break intersection at the grass verges
Perhaps the SAA are correct and it was stopped short of the target
Actually overlaying the photo with the video leaves the VBIED 150 metres short of the target
It really doesn’t seem as if any vehicles were destroyed. No black smoke, just clouds of pulverised concrete.
Further up the road on the right, there is a tank or a personnel carrier. IMO the road the terrorist took wasn’t the same road as used in the image. Maybe Abu’s satnav was out.

I thought they all had Asbergers which is why they became terrorists. Tried to improve their social skills by killing the people then they don’t need too interact with them.At least the SAA are making progress with a few hiccups along they way as expected.. Two fronts and keep the pressure up with no more bullshit ceasefires. I wonder what is the situation with the other groups that surrendered their positions and accepted being moved too Idlib as part of that deal.. Are they getting concerned that maybe the SAA may attack them next once HTS has been sorted or is everyone sticking too their reconciliation agreement.
This war has constantly been in a state of flux , as no other I can think of. Douma collapsed quickly in the final days last year, but as you say, the Asbergers gangs now have nowhere to go.
In the US and Europe we have been living for decades now in a War of Minority Opinions and that war has been equally destructive in reality, but without the bullets.
Established and cohesive communities have been largely destroyed by the ‘Asbergers’ pressure groups of ‘Common Purpose’ all over Europe and the USA. The Impeachment Circus in the US is a sign of what is to come everywhere I fear.

Because jihadi mobile slowing another about 100m before explosion and start turning from road then we can say the jihadi driver was been shoot dead and car exploded after stop/hit some wall

I agree. The VBIED did not reach the gathering in the photo.
