The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has eliminated an ISIS vehicle and all terrorists inside it in the desert area in the province of Homs, according to a video released the country’s news agency SANA. On the scene, the SAA also seized terrorists’ weapons and IEDs.
Some of reports indicate that the eliminated group was belonging to an ISIS medical unit.
Yesterday Syrian intelligence ambushed a group of ISIS doctors in Homs desert. We believe that they were on their way to treat a senior ISIS commander. Unfortunately they resisted and they were all killed in the clashes. Syrian agents suffered no casualties.

According to reports, the vehicle was belonging to one of ISIS cells, which still operate in the Homs-Deir Ezzor desert, on the contact line between the US-occupied area of al-Tanf and the government-controlled territory. ISIS successfully exploits the US-led coalition hostile behavior towards the Damascus government and hide from SAA operations in the US-proclaimted “security zone” near al-Tanf.
