PR action? Propaganda stunt? I remember when we blew such car in military. 2 kgs of amonium nitrate sensitized with fuel oil does similar effect. In our case the charge split the car and left a shallow crater. Judging by the remains after detonation the charge was small and made by non military explosive. Pure TNT was not used since no black cloud was observed after detonation. If anybody is interested…
