If you were Russian you shouldn’t need to ask that –as of now the verdict & death sentence is in the hands of the Justice Department of the DPR -part of DPR,s Legislation states that the sentence and action on it is being held back from the public.

I should add that the appeals never happened within the time limit .

In other words, it is all bs. Just like phase 2, and phase 3.

Iren

Was it not enough for you that Zelensky executed 50 prisoners of war from Azov?

Vanya

It figures someone else would have to do the job.

The guy seemed pretty honest about what happened, unlike the others pretending to be cooks and mechanics. Maybe he will get some leniency for telling the truth.

It sounds like he was a Ukrainian regular … not a nazi militia guy. He’s not charged with a crime, he’ll just stay in a POW camp until the war’s over then he goes home … however when he gets home he might be needing some leniency depending on who’s in power when that time comes.

Yeah, if Green Shirt is still in charge, these guys are dead men. Better to stay in eastern or southern Ukraine.

I’d move to Russia.

Avez vous déjà été prisonniers de guerre? Pour de meilleurs traitement, vous pouvez raconter les pire chose, les yeux ne mentent jamais, regarder les siens.

Joey

Being out of ammunition seems like a pretty good reason to surrender, if you ask me.

pictures worth a 1000 words

I figure anybody not sporting tattoos can’t be hardcore nazi militia or a wannabe.

To trim some palm trees, my Ukrainian neighbor lady here in California brought over a huge younger guy fresh from Ukraine who had brought his wife and kid here only a few weeks ago. I don’t know his political orientation but he did have bright blue, yellow and green tattoos on his forearms. The guy was huge – about 6’5″ and 250 lb, all muscle. And he looked like a nerdy intellectual with spectacles and close cropped hair–he looked a lot like Mikhail Khodorkovsky. He was very reserved, and he had the same pissy Anglo-Franco sounding accent that she has. I don’t know where either is from in Ukraine, and the neighbor lady can be very difficult to deal with, so I did not bother to ask yet. But I suspect they are both from Galicia, which is another reason that I have not asked.

Apparently he did not want to fight in the war and managed to get out with his family. They could use a big strong guy like him, but I guess he was smart too and got away. Now we have him here working in USA.

I asked him where he was from. “Eastern Europe”. “Ukraine?” “Yes.” Apparently he did not want to volunteer that he was from Ukraine.

I feel sorry for this young man. It is not fair on him and others like him to be forced into this horrible situation — to be forced to take up arms against their Russian brothers in a war they cannot win. I bet he now has figured out that his political leaders in Kiev, or where ever they may be hiding?, don’t give a damn about any of their soldiers, or the people of Ukraine for that matter. All the Kiev junta care about is to destroy Russia and rob it of all its wealth, after which they will balkanize the country and fill it up with millions of third world people just to make sure that Russia never will be able rise again. Returning to the young man, I am happy that he survived the Ukrainian army experience, something he wasn’t supposed to do, for as he himself said in the video, they were all told that it is better to die than to be taken by the Russians.

Everyone likes to blame Gorbachev and Yeltsin, but the de-industrialization of Russia occurred under Putin.

AvMaster

Only enough ammo for 10 minutes of fighting.

Thats pretty bad.

Why on earth are people in the comments feeling sorry for this guy??? He DECIDED to become a soldier back in May 2021 and after training, he started attacking the DPR and LPR!!! The only reason for someone to decide to become a professional soldier in Ukraine back then was because he was a nationalist who wanted to eliminate the Russophone and ethnic Russian Ukrainians!

I would only feel sorry for him if he was one of the regular guys who were mobilized after February 2022. Never for a professional soldier who fought against the DPR and LPR!
