The title promises “In Video” that something happens, then we see someone in a room telling us that something happened?
It bear the name of Ria Novosti. Maybe it had an intro and outro, lost on chopping block?
I don’t know what to say. Maybe with the current direction, in a month or two we’d get better journalism in WaPo and even the nasty rag, Sun.
