Syrian government forces are increasing pressure on militants in the Yarmouk refugee camp area in southern Damascus. According to reprots, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies have made a series minor advances against both ISIS and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham there. The goal of the effort is to force militants to surrender and to to accept a withdrawal agreement. MORE HERE

I think it is for the first time in this war that I see BMP-2 firing its 30mm cannon. I thought SAA would use it only for troop transport.
They’ve been using it since 2011, plenty videos of terrorists getting shredded with the 30mm on video !

Looks like the SAA may have some new domestic production of artillery rockets.
Iranian 220 mm unguided rockets with 100 kg warhead. Devastating in urban areas. Hezbollah also produces them in thousands and ironically they are on US made Ford chassis straight out of Detroit.
If in US coalition area these would be wiped out with just two missiles.
If they were the units would be dug in and well spaced out I would think.
The SAA is hitting harder and harder their enemies as the days pass
SAA will come out of this failed US/Zionist Wahhabi terror war as the most experienced, battle tested and formidable military in the Arab world and at par with Hezbollah lions who are now going home as SAA can defeat the headchoppers on their own.
