On March 4, saboteurs burned a minivan of the al-Quds Brigade in the district of Hannano in the northeastern part of Aleppo city.
The al-Quds Brigade, made mostly of Palestinians, is one of the largest pro-government factions in Aleppo. The brigade has been supporting the Damascus government since its formation in 2013.
A group calling itself the Youth of Aleppo al-Shahba Regiment for Special Missions claimed responsibility for the arson attack. The group provided its claims by sharing photos from the attack.

The mysterious group emerged on January 29. On February 3 and 18, the group shared videos from Aleppo, proving its presence in the city. The attack in Hannano was the first documented attack by the group.
The Syrian Arab Army and its allies liberated the city of Aleppo on December 22 of 2016 after a fierce battle that lasted for over four years.
The militants, who were forced out of Aleppo after sustaining catastrophic losses, are apparently trying to destabilize the city now. Security in Aleppo is tight. However, the situation in the city is not perfect.

I believe at some point SAA and Syrian government do not care about refugees from Idlib anymore if they start the operation. It will be up to Turkey, leaving Idlib (of course with all the groups there) or facing refugees. I still don’t understand the change of Turkish government, in 2012/13 etc. these refugees were all muslim brothers and sisters, but now they seem to be a really big problem
