ISIS militants launched a full-scale offensive on the villages of Ayyash and Bgelia after the US-led ‘anti-ISIS’ coalition’s airstrikes against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in this area. On Sunday, the US-led ‘anti-ISIS’ coalition poundend the Syrian Arab Army’s positions in the province of Deir Ezzor. 1 soldier was killed and half dozen others were wounded. According to the reports, the military camp belongs to the SAA’s 137th Artillery Brigade in the village of ‘Ayyash was a main target of the US warplanes.
On Monday, the SAA launched an offensive in Jabal Al-Akrad and took control of Burj Al-Qasab. several It allowed the pro-government forces to capture several key locations earlier controlled by Al-Nusra, the Free Syrian Army and Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham in the Latakia province. They are the village of ‘Ikko located near the town of Kabani, and the villages of Bouz Al-Khirbat, Beit Fares, and Al-Mughayriyah. It allows the SAA and its allies to advance on Kabani.
On December 7, Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi reiterated the withdrawl of Turkish troops from northern Iraq within 24 hours. Turkey were invited by the Kurdish Regional Government, with no coordination or communication with Baghdad. It has since said it will replace existing troops in Iraq that number a few hundred, with as many as 2000 soldiers. The Iraqi security forces and the Shi’ite militias are overstretched with their fight against ISIS and they have little presence in this Peshmerga controlled area. It can only be speculated that how Iraq will respond to the Turkish invasion once the 24 hour ultimatum expires.
The Kuwaiti al-Rai news website quoted an informed diplomat as saying that the US is attempting to gather the forces called by Washington as moderate opposition in one region to create a foothold for the militants’ further expansion in Syria. According to the report, US-supported militants have entered Southwestern Syria which shares borders with Jordan. The reports were rejected by Amman.

Please, provide a link on the oficial confirmation of this fact by the Syrian government.
Yeah, like the syrian government is going to confirm its not the coalition planes who did this and blaim it on the russians, that the same as asking you for a confirmation from the coalition that they indeed drop the bombs .. the only way to know is by a investigation of the bombsite.
There is no sense in what you are saying. Why on earth the Russians who try so hard to help the Syrian Army gain ground, with russian money and russian lives spent on the process, would bomb their own allies? It doesn’t make any sense.
The US coalition bombed the Syrian Artillery Unit. It is obvious that they want to exclude Assad from getting parts of Eastern Syria, in the coming political settlement. They just gave a message, helping ISIS at the same time once again. Old fashioned support of Islamist extremism by the West…
i dont know why the russian did that, that is what they have to find out instead of blaming in on the coalition.

Oke, so Deash attacks the base, the SAA calls the russians for help but the russians bomb the wrong target and to cover it up they blame the coalition ..

A monitoring group said an air strike believed to have been carried out by the U.S.-led coalition killed four Syrian military personnel in Deir Ezzor province, which is mostly held by ISIS. A source close to the Syrian government confirmed the strike and said there had been casualties and vehicles destroyed.
It would be the first time coalition warplanes had hit Syrian government forces.
The Observatory said the strike hit part of the Saeqa military camp near the town of Ayyash in western Deir Ezzor province and wounded 14 military personnel in the first such incident since the coalition began its bombing campaign against Islamic State in Syria.
The U.S.-led force’s campaign is against ISIS, which controls most of Deir Ezzor, including its capital, and has regularly targeted the group in the eastern Syrian province.
In Deir Ezzor city, another air strike believed to be carried out by the coalition killed a woman and two of her children, the Observatory said.
So it seems the US were waiting for the British to join their coalition strikes before rolling out the full regime change plan. Obviously the British government did not work so hard to push a ‘yes’ vote through parliament just to add a few planes to the bombing of ISIS positions. For some reason the US don’t like to fully unleash their illegal wars without London. Would be fascinated if someone could tell me why.
