Iran’s Fars News Agency published new satellite imagery on August 13 showing damage from Iranian strikes on U.S. military and U.S.-linked infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, offering before-and-after comparisons of several sites.
The images do not depict new strikes but instead provide an insight into the aftermath of strikes carried out earlier in the war.
Among the sites highlighted is Al Dhafra Air Base in the UAE, where Fars said an Iranian strike destroyed a U.S. TPS-57 long-range surveillance radar.
The images show the radar installation intact before the attack and heavily damaged afterward. Fars described the radar as a key part of the U.S. military’s regional surveillance network.

Other images show damage at the Habshan gas complex in the UAE, where Iran struck a gas-compression facility, according to Fars.
Habshan is a major component of the UAE’s gas infrastructure, and Emirati authorities had previously acknowledged damage at the complex following Iranian attacks, though the full extent had not been disclosed.

A separate set of images focuses on an industrial facility in the UAE where Fars said an Iranian attack destroyed a carbon unit used in aluminum production.
Emirates Global Aluminium has confirmed its Al Taweelah industrial complex sustained significant damage during Iranian missile and drone attacks, with subsequent reports indicating that repairing some of the damaged infrastructure could take months.

The newly released imagery also includes a data center in Bahrain that supports U.S. military intelligence operations, according to Fars, with satellite images showing significant damage at the site following the strike. Previous reporting and satellite imagery had also documented Iranian attacks affecting data-center infrastructure in Bahrain operated by Amazon Web Services.

The UAE took the brunt of Iranian retaliatory strikes when the U.S. and Israel first attacked the Islamic Republic. However, the strikes stopped following a series of talks that reportedly concluded with an agreement to unlock billions of dollars for Tehran around the same time the first ceasefire came into effect.
During the 13-day confrontation last month, the Islamic Republic refrained from announcing any attack against the UAE, although Emirati tankers were hit by Iranian strikes in the Strait of Hormuz.
The satellite images released recently by Iran are likely meant to highlight the military capabilities of the Islamic Republic, but they may also be a warning to the UAE.
