Iranian Intel Minister: We Identified, Arrested 290 CIA Spies In Different Countries

The Iranian intelligence has identified 290 spies of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) across different countries, the country’s Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi revealed on April 19.

“CIA operatives in these countries were identified and arrested and the contacts of the US intelligence agency with its sources were disrupted in such a way that a committee to assess the failure was set up in America,” Alavi said during Friday prayers in Tehran, according to Press TV.

Alavi said that the arrest of these spies was one of the biggest defeats in the history of the U.S. intelligence. The Iranian minister also promised that the details of these operations will be made public soon.

Last year, a report by Yahoo News revealed that the Iranians intelligence managed to compromise a secret internet-based communications system that CIA agents used to contact their operatives worldwide. The hack reportedly allowed the Iranian intelligence to identify dozens of U.S. spies between 2009 and 2013.

“We’re still dealing with the fallout … Dozens of people around the world were killed because of this,” a former U.S. national security official told Yahoo.

The Iranian intelligence minister said his country carried out a similar successful counter-intelligence operation against Britain’s MI6 secret service. He promised that the details of this operation will be also published soon.

Alavi’s announcement casts serious doubts on the efficiency and work ethics of the CIA, which has reportedly suffered from a similar failure in China.

Is hard to believe than the FSB don´t participate in this operation……………

Nick Sobkowiak

Maybe they did. There are a lot of smart Iranians in silicon valley though

“Last year, a report by Yahoo News…”

Oh my, is Yahoo still around?

Debra

I consider Yahoo News ato be part of the IDF social media devision.

The simple alleged volume of arrests shows that he’s lying. If there really were that many spies to catch, then no amount of counter-espionage savvy could prevent the US from doing anything it wanted to in Iran. You must also consider that “spying” is a convenient charge to place on a personal rival to get of them, because with conflicts being what they are all you would have to do is convince people that a dude MIGHT be selling info in order to get him sacked or detained (a legal version of murder, if you will). There is also political reasons to charge some local with spying, like a journalist writing nasty articles. But either way, push aside South Front’s anti-US agenda, and see that there is a bunch of lying going on in Iran.

Real Anti-Racist Action

Russia alone must have a minimum of over 1,000 foreign spy’s working inside of Russia. That is why so much tech gets leaked and sold to the West. The US must have at least 1,000 Mexican drug cartel-spy’s alone. Probably another 1,000 Chinese spy’s. And probably hundreds of Russian spy’s. Mossad has a network of over 5,000 active spy’s inside of the US. All foreign embassies are these days are “Spy-hubs”

Smaug

Thank you, for making your movie going experience clear. No, espionage is very labor intensive and small scale. But I do not have time to explain it all to you.

James

Yahoo was hacked and they could associate all the guilty parties?

Justin

i agree with you here!

verner

he’s telling the truth – the main culprit is israel working undercover and looking like iranians and having lived in iran since birth they speak the argot but are jewish nevertheless and spy away on anything of interest. and since moronistan’s (aka usa . home of the morons) cia-guys doesn’t fit the bill in iran it’s mostly jews doing the spying for the squatters as well as for cia/moron’s headquarter, the white house.

and the squatters would never ever admit if one of their spies was apprehended since it would be far too telling for the world to know. thus, mum’s the word in that regard.

James

Russia arrested around 500 I think it was? I wouldn’t believe they would kick out foreigners who they very much want investment from……unless they had very good reason to.

290 terrorist arrested. They should never see the light of day and do not waist food feeding them when their are plenty of hungry non-terrorist who need food. Every Patriot in their own countries should compile list of similar terrorist operating in their cities and disclose such information to genuine intelligence agencies that counter the Globalist-terrorist agendas. https://judas.watch http://vaja.ir/Portal/Home/

” The Iranian intelligence minister said his country carried out a similar successful counter-intelligence operation against Britain’s MI6 secret service.”

If all the best childish brains in MI6 could do was to create the Disney style ‘Scripal Affair’ , I am not shocked :)

John Whitehot

“Disney style ‘Scripal Affair'”

Why picking on Disney, he ‘s been one of the few yanks to make kids have fun, instead of bombing them in their sleep.

FlorianGeyer

I always disliked Disney as a child. It was the same uncomfortable feeling I had when Jimmy Saville was on the TV.

I knew something was not right at an age when I was unaware of the dark side.

Robert McMaster

Hey buddy. If there’s that many spies about you ain’t doing a good job.

verner

well quite a few more than say uk manage to de-cloak although they rant and rave continuously about them spies from china and russia and and and – nothing much to show for all the rants and raves. moreover guess iran not only de-cloaks them the also de-heads them ehehehe

Robert McMaster

well put.

Assad must stay (gr8rambino)

great job iran, always be on the lookout for these scum

goingbrokes

Iran is getting good experience in countering all the regime changing plans and operations set up against it by the US and israel. Iran is too tough a nut for the globalists to crack. Syria’s defence has already changed the paradigm fundamentally. Attack against Iran will break up the globalist cabal to the extent it won’t be able to recover. While I don’t want US to attack Iran, I have to admit that if it did I would look forward to the break up of the globalist bullshit, that would surely follow. Slow or fast, the globalists paradigm is breaking up as we speak.
