On January 27th, an Iranian passenger plane, from Caspian Airlines, made an emergency landing in the middle of a street in the city of Mahshahr.
All 135 people on board were unharmed and evacuated safely, a spokesman for Iran’s civil aviation agency, Reza Jafarzadeh, was cited by Fars News Agency.

Caspian Airlines Flight 6936 departed from the capital city, Tehran, early on January 27th and was set to land at Mahshahr Airport, in the country’s southwest, when it landed onto Mahshahr-e-Ahwaz highway, according to Fars.
There are numerous videos showing the plane landed, and the passengers leaving it, helping each other. Emergency responders soon arrived on the scene, with firefighters spraying water onto the plane.
Caspian Airlines is based in Tehran. Its last major accident was in 2009, when a commercial flight crashed outside the city of Qazvin in northwestern Iran. All 153 passengers and 15 crew members on board died.
It is unlikely that the incident is in any way related to the downed Ukrainian Airlines flight PS752 that was downed in the early hours of January 8th and all 176 passengers and crew on board died.
There were reports and footage showing that the US Embassy in Baghdad was shelled on the evening of January 26th, and Iran is likely to be blamed for the attack, however it would only come down to speculation and it is unlikely that the Caspian Airlines flight was sabotaged.
There are still no reports clarifying what exactly went wrong, but the videos and photographs show that the back of the plane appears to be partially burned, on the left side, around one of the engines.
no reports here regarding the 5 missiles that directly found their target—the US embassy in Bagdad…of course the amerikan presstitute fake news will deny that any casualties occurred
Its the most secure Embassy US has ever built, there could actually be no casualties. Unless attacked by bunkerbusters.
It’s a 42 hectar area. Lots of space and buildings to hit.
4,000 “employees” as targets too.
It is not an embassy, it is occupation headquarters and will be hit again and again. The resistance scored direct hits with 122mm grads, which is no mean feat. They now have the ranging coordinates and the next attack will be more severe. The Americunt arseholes need to pack their bags.
“Unless attacked by bunkerbusters.”
Or Twinky Bars.
yet now the US military admits at least 65 casualties
You are thinking of US military casualties in the military bases in Iraq as an aftermath of Iranian attack. US embassy in Iraq was not attacked by Iranian missiles.
Perhaps some electronic tampering going on.
Not really, the MD-83 is not a very reliable plane and Iran is using old ones as the Americunt arseholes have imposed a total embargo on spares which is in contravention to every civil aviation law. It is jeopardizing the safety of civilians, only thanks to the skills of Iranian technicians and pilots the fatality rate is held in check.
Not easy to land on highway, well done to the pilots
Iranian pilots are some of the most skilled in the world as they have to operate under extremely adverse conditions imposed by the Americunt and Zionist scum.
An AFGHAN Boeing 737 has gone down in Ghazni province all dead. The area is under Taliban control.
well a boeing who would have thought it – it seems reasonable to avoid boeing at all costs. the one pictured above seems to be a mcdonnel-douglas’ dc9 from before the merger with boeing.
Iran has been buying used aircraft from Central Asians and patching them up with very ingenious technicians, but some of the parts still fail. This appears to be a hydraulic landing gear failure. Thanks to the skilled pilots, all lives were saved.
I will never get on a 737 for the rest of my life lmao
The upcoming 797 will be worse, it is already over budget and plagued with kinks as the software like the 737 has been contracted out to $9.30 cents an hour “engineers” in Bangalore India. I spoke to one of them quite recently.
Jeez seriously? If boeing still hasn’t learned they really deserve to be closed down for good

Was a CIA plane…………..and some say the Anti-Iran “Zar” die in the crash.
mossad’s stamp all over it – as usual when untoward’s things happen in the middle east. the jews have no compunction and will cause havoc anywhere if possible if it seemingly will hurt a perceived enemy of the illegal settlers on palestinian land.
Based on the reports, one of landing gears broke upon landing, making the airplane swivel and get out of control. The end of the runway is less than 200 meters from the highway with nothing solid in between. The plane did not land on the road, it landed on but didn’t stop within the runway, exited, sled for about 200 meters on frozen dirt and snow (all other landing gears broke when it entered the dirt) and finally stopped by hitting the first solid object which was the guard between the highway sides.
I don’t think this one has any sinister side to it, just metal fatigue or overloaded plane, too heavy for landing or landing with too much vertical velocity. Just 2 minor superficial injuries.
I read about another plane crash in Afghanistan 1 hour ago, very conflicting reports, probably Aryana Afghan flight 358, from Herat to Delhi. All aboard are killed (85-110 based in the various reports). Condolences.
Correct, as I wrote below based on experience, it appears to be a landing gear hydraulic problem.
Thanks God, mashallah great job to the pilots and aircrew
Sooner Iran can get the UAC MC-21 the better.
Makes one seriously wonder whether this Caspian Airlines passenger plane (MD-83) was supposed to crash and burn (but miraculously didn’t) in order to cover up the CIA loss in Afghanistan with the E-11A?
It is sad to see what is happening to civil aviation in Iran nowadays. One needs a tremendous courage to fly in Iran.
