Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has discussed the ongoing war between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas Movement with both the Saudi Crown Prince and the Syrian President.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received a call on October 11 from President Raisi, during which they discussed “the current military situation in Gaza and its environs,” the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said.
Prince Mohammed told Raisi that Riyadh is “communicating with all international and regional parties to stop the ongoing escalation,” SPA added.
The Crown Prince also stressed “the kingdom’s firm position towards supporting the Palestinian cause,” according to the agency.
Iran’s official Islamic Republic News Agency also reported on the call, saying the two men discussed the “need to end war crimes against Palestine.”
This was the first call between President Raisi and Prince bin Salman since Iran and Saudi Arabia restored relations after talks in China earlier this year. The call came following reports about a Saudi decision to halt all normalization talks with Israel as a result of the ongoing war in Gaza.
The war broke out on October 7 when the Iran-allied Hamas launched a surprise attack from Gaza against nearby military positions and settlements.
President Raisi also discussed the war in Gaza with its close ally Syrian President Bashar al-Assad during a phone call on October 12.
During the call Raisi said that Israel, contrary to all international treaties, completely besieged Gaza, according to Iran’s semi-official Mehr News Agency
“Today, all the Islamic and Arab countries and all the freedom-seeking people of the world must reach a serious convergence and cooperation in the path of stopping the crimes of the Zionist regime against the oppressed Palestinian nation. Accordingly, the Islamic Republic of Iran will try to achieve that coordination as soon as possible by contacting the leaders of the Islamic countries,” the Iranian President said.
“No new order in the region will yield results without taking the rights of the Palestinians into account,” he noted, adding that the Tel Aviv regime now is in its weakest position.
President Assad, for his part, said that today, a united, clear Arabic and Islamic stance to support the rights of the Palestinian nation and the oppressed people of Gaza.
He also called for speeding up the process of reaching the consensus because “haste in regard will urge the Zionist regime to commit more crimes against the oppressed people of Gaza and Palestinians.”
More than 1,300 Israelis were killed in the initial Palestinian attack, while heavy Israeli strikes on Gaza have so far claimed the lives of over 1,200.
Israel’s military failure as well as its blockade and violent response against Gaza are bringing Arab and Islamic countries in the Middle East closer. By escalating against the Palestinians, Israel could end up losing all the influence it built in the region with the help of normalization agreements in recent years.

there’s no way out or anyhow left, neither my way nor any highway. the germans have started this with their damned holocaust, for which the palestinians have lost their homes and became a brutalized nation, nowadays on the brink to disappear into oblivion.
no massa, if now the falestinians would (just hypothetically) manage to wrestle their land back from the israelis, and these hook-nosed scum then emigrates to lets say hawaii, then you cannot blame the falestinians for the crimes which israelis will commit in hawaii. that’d be twisted logic. see: the so-called holocaust is hoax, a jewish lie to present themselves as ‘the victim’ to legitimate their satanic behaviour around the world.
debil mentally, a pure nazi scum
do you still fall for the 6 million communist jew holocaust lies? germany was a beacon of truth compared to commie jew ussr…
nazi scum, sf is a nazi nest
ebrahim raisi should now feel the zionist crosshairs on iran. the zionist slaves in america are being prepped for the dirty-work which will destroy america economically in the process.
i highly doubt what the sf article says, resp. that attacks killed 1300 israelis. the numbers are inflated on purpose by israel same as the 6 mio bullshit of jews in ww2. there were lots of fake vid-eos from israel so far with staged deads, the german-jewish woman taken hostage and her mother reporting about it. no emotions were in the face or voice of the mother. that’s impossible when indeed your daughter got nabbed by so-called “terrorists”.
moreover the empty desert trailer park, or the festival area – lots of empty cars – and then that shall be prove for at least 250 dead israelis at that place ? no corpses no nothing – but we shall believe amount xy of sorry jews where slaughtered their. i smell lie. big lie here !!!
تمك تخري كالعادة if anything, losses are higher. israel is weaker than a spider‘s net. only its reputation kept it from being overrun. that reputation is now gone.
i think the turks know that it is planned to destroy israel, nato and 95% of the world population.. so a worldwide freeze of violance would be a good idea at least for the 95%.. and it would be nice if the armed forces in all the countries stand back and don’t interfere the peace attemps.. thank you.
excellent. they need to sort this out aming themselves. large powers such as the us and russia are inimical to the palestinian cause.
we’ve yet to hear from uae and bahrain or qatar establishment me states who toyed with the idea of cozying up to zionism.
