- On March 7, Steregushchiy-class corvette Stoikiy and Buyan-M-class corvette Serpuhov of the Russian Baltic Fleet conducted liver fire drills engaging air and naval targets;
- On March 7, the Russian Northern Fleet’s Admiral Gorshkov frigate, first of the class, passed the English Channel en route to the Mediterranean;
- On March 6-8, ocean minesweeper Valentin Pikul and Project 22160 patrol ship Vasily Bykov of the Russian Black Sea Fleet held joint drills with Turkey’s corvette Burgazada and minehunter Akcay;
- On March 12, the Russian Northern Fleet’s Admiral Gorshkov frigate, first of the class, entered the Mediterranean.
