The map provides a general look at the military situation in the area of Iraq’s Mosul on December 12, 2016.
Recently, Iraqi security forces (ISF) and the Popular Mobilization Units have liberated the villages of Tal Ghazal, Maydan, Hazimiya al-Janubi from ISIS terrorists west of Mosul.
The ISF has also took control of the Mosul neighborhoods of Al-Murour, Al-Nour, Al-A’lam, and Al-Qadsiyah-1.
