Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) and the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) repelled ISIS attacks north and west of the Iraqi city of Mosul on December 28.
The first ISIS attack took place near the village of Baawiza. The terrorist group used some 3 car bombs that were destroyed by ISF.
Another ISIS attack was repelled by the PMU near the town of Tal Afar. About 10 ISIS militants and up to 3 vehicles were destroyed, according to pro-government sources.
