On August 5, two convoys moving logistic supplies and equipment for the US-led coalition came under attack in different parts of Iraq.
The first convoy was attacked in the southern province of al-Diwaniyah, while the second came under attack in the central province of Babylon. The two convoys were reportedly targeted with explosive devices.
Pro-Iranian Saryat Qasim al-Jabbarin [The Breaker of Titans Company] claimed responsibility for both attacks. Photos of the attacks were released.

These were the seventh and eight attacks by the newly-founded group in the last ten days. On August 4, the group attacked a supply convoy of the US-led coalition in the southern province of Dhi Qar. On July 30, the group targeted a convoy in Babylon. On July 29, the group attacked four convoys in Dhi Qar, al-Diwaniyah and Babylon.
The recent attacks on US-led coalition bases and supply convoys in Iraq were meant as a response to the assassination of Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, Deputy-Commander of the Popular Mobilization Units, and Iran’s Quds Force Commander Maj. Gen. Qassim Soleimani.
Pro-Iranian forces in Iraq will not likely cease their attacks until the US lays out a full plan to pull its troops from the country. Washington does not appear to be willing to take such a step, at least as for now.

it wont matter the americans have to leave iraq but they shouldnt believe that they can just move further west into jordan because this wont help they will not be left alone aslong as they are in west asia

No but if the drivers are Iraqis or East European they better smarten up
US military outsources day to day haulage transport jobs in Iraq, so likely local or imported contractors. The point of these attacks is to both make that job unsafe, creating prohibitive fear in the contractors, and to harass and interrupt basic US transport logistics on routine basis.
A new era of sustained resistance is dawning in the region. The Americunt occupation loser pigs will leave one way or another, preferably in body bags.
Unfortunately, until these attacks cause material destruction along with significant casualties, the american occupiers will just consider them irritating. That said, US troop morale will eventually plummet if the attack frequency is maintained. TEP.
The US military itself actually takes these attacks seriously. They understand that the longer they occur the better the attackers get, from trying out and honing different approaches, and that with time the odds simply increase of an attack occurring that is going to cause casualties.
Keep the resistance pressure high against the occupiers!!
