On March 8, Iraqi security forces liberated (ISF) two more Mosul neighborhoods from the ISIS terrorist group.
Commander of Operations, Lieutenant General Abdel Amir Yarallah, said in a statement that ISF had liberated the neighborhoods of al-Mansour and al-Shuhada al-Thaniya in western Mosul.
Meanwhile, reports appeared that ISF had taken control of the Badush prison, the Badush cement factory and the Badush apartments from ISIS units. ISF are now securing the area.
