ISIS announced on February 21 that its cells had carried out three separate attacks against Syrian government forces in eastern Hama.
According to the terrorist group’s news agency, Amaq, the three attacks took place in the outskirts of the town of al-Salamiyah on February 19.
In the first attack, ISIS terrorists targeted two Syrian soldiers on a motorcycle with an improvised explosive device (IED). As a result, both soldiers were killed.
The terrorist group’s cells targeted a battle tank of the Syrian Arab Army with an IED in the second attack. The tank was destroyed, according to Amaq’s claims.
The third attack saw the terrorists targeting a gathering of Syrian soldiers with an IED. At least one soldier was killed in the attack.
Over the last two days, warplanes of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) carried out more than 100 airstrikes on ISIS cells and their hideouts in Syria’s central region. At least 21 terrorists were killed, according to the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
ISIS cells in the central region carried out dozens attacks against Syrian government forces and their allies over the past year.
The continuous operations by government forces and the VKS in central Syria are meant to contain ISIS cells within the Homs desert, at least for the time being.

But it is true SDF and USA are better in keeping ISIS down. There are several reasons for that. 1 might be USA better can find them by high tech and SDF are much semilar to ISIS in local well organized groups comming from guerilla too.

Maybe you need a Tor browser to search the dark web. Amaq News Agency is listed as a terrorist organization in the US. So maybe there are legal issues like with child pornography.
