This must be costing high bonus’s. Any sensible person fighting for the America alliance would go home.

Kira Binkley

What American alliance? That fairy tale?

jerry Hamilton

Well if you can’t research it yourself, your not very good.

Kira Binkley

I’ve looked and looked, googled and googled, researched and researched, jerry, and can’t find one damn thing on any “American alliance”.

Jerry Hamilton

Don’t worry, you just need more practice and I’m sure you will get there.

Kira Binkley

Practice in finding the impossible?

Jerry Hamilton

Take your blinkers off and try again. It is not unusual for someone to refuse to accept something. It may be a good talking point with your wabbi

Kira Binkley

I didn’t realize you were a “tunnel vision” Yank, JH. You hid it well. Unusual for a Yank.

Jerry Hamilton

Not even close. You really are bad at this.

Kira Binkley

Bye. I have more reasonable people to talk to.

Kira Binkley

You’re not worth my time, JH.

Trustin Judeau

HTS is having big problems in this area.Losing so many villages to remnants of ISIS.And once the TF arrive in Northeast Hama which will happen probably around mid December their situation will worsen

Thegr8rambino

What i wanna know is how daesh just magically appeared out of thin air in that area??

Trustin Judeau

There are 3 rumors about this situation. The first is that ISIS crossed Ithriyah during the night and entered in rebel held area capturing few villages and you know the story next. The second is that ISIS in Northeast is Hama is composed of sleeper cells who activated and the third is that SAA is transporting ISIS fighters from DZ area to fight HTS in Hama

Thegr8rambino

Wow! Not sure which I believe. What do u think?

Trustin Judeau

Firstly about the “SAA is transporting ISIS fighters” – I doubt it.This will be all over the MSM. Transporting ISIS fighters through desert wotn be unnoticed by the US military which will spread this to the MSM.About the second – it is possible. This sleeper cells if they exist belong to Jund Al Aqsa I think. They were stationed in Hama area before.About the first -likely.There was many times ISIS have been attacking the highway before East Hama pocket was closed

Thegr8rambino

I agree. Perhaps a combo of the sleeper cells and attacking ithriya

Josh

There were definitely some who broke out of the pocket across the highway a couple months ago to end up there. Some other fighters may have been smuggled in, also converts from Nusra.

Bill Wilson

Disillusioned and unpaid ISIS fighters have been filtering into Idlib for quite some time with hopes to escape to Turkey. They had to bribe their way thru SAA lines and have to do the same to get out. I bet the exit rate has gone thru the roof once ISIS began to collapsing so most are stuck there. Then there’s those who withdrew from the advancing SAA and SDF forces. I’m sure plenty managed to bribe their way thru SAA lines into Hama and Idlib. Those bribes wind up in the pockets of local strongmen and elites who’ve been making money off all sides during the war and rather see it prolonged since it’s been profitable for them. Many of those same jerks are being awarded with lucrative contracts for rebuilding in government controls areas.

Thegr8rambino

but why dont they keep going to turkey? instead they seem to just want to retake parts of hama

deancassady

I’m not sure if I am understanding this correctly. One terrorist group, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda), the worst of the worst during the NATO antics in Afghanistan, is ‘losing’ territory to the latest (supposedly) worst of the worst terrorist group, ISIS, both of which were effectively created by the Empire (USA and vassals) as strategic operational entities, through their Middle Eastern ‘allies’, Saudi Arabia, and for the latter at least, the occupying political entity in the Palestinian territory?

Isn’t this really just tactical adjustments to the tactically deteriorating situation for the empire and it’s vassals/regional allies?

Skagos

We know different factions in the FSA are supported by different countries. As far as i know, HTS is supported mainly by Saudi Arabia. ISIS is supported by both US and Saudi Arabia. It could be that, Saudi Arabia(and US) wanted to prevent Turkey from stepping in Idlib and requested HTS to attack Turkish troops, which didn’t happen. Perhaps this is a punishment by Saudi and US for HTS.

This is just 1 theory of course. Things are way too complicated to reach a conclusion easily.

Kira Binkley

Things are even more complicated than you could ever imagine!

gold37

I am not on the ground but it seems to be that ISIS that withdrew from Uqraybat pocket a few months are the ones fighting. As they see themselves as dead already (Jihadi ideology), SAA uses them as they please, with the guarantee that their families would be taken care of. ISIS on this front are used to redirect HTS manpower (which is not much compared of SAA today). Keep HTS busy till Tigers and Republican Guard arrive. The matter in the east still needs to be dealt with, DeZ to Al-Bukamal highway is not secure till both sides of the Euphrates are under control, maybe diplomacy would fix that. I could be wrong!

Kira Binkley

Perhaps Baghdadi feels that President Assad can now take over the governing of Syria successfully, and with dependable allies. Vlad Putin for one! Next stop: Libya!!

Kira Binkley

You may be getting “misinformation”. Who knows?

MichaelE

I try to see an advantage for the SAA. ISIS is weakening HTS and then SAA has to eliminate ISIS, who are weakened by the HTS-battles, too.

RGtz98

Probably HTS member switching sides

Rodger

ISIS is just a franchise. Best way of looking at it as outlaw MC’s being patched over.

Bob

Excellent analogy

Kira Binkley

If IS is a franchise, who is the franchisor?

Josh

The CIA.

Kira Binkley

You got it backwards, Josh. The CIA may be one of the franchisees.—KiraSeer

Joe

Just created so US troops can protect Syria and stay.

Anyway as long as they fight against enemies of SAA , it is good .

Once HATS no more then Russian jets can start their merry runs

dutchnational

From Assad.

Boris Kazlov

Any occasion is good for douchenazional to post some crap about Al-Assad

@Inc2Get

Good question. There was a branch which I have forgotten the name of, this branch was formerly aligned with HTS but very recently switched side to Isis. These Isis fighters are actually former al qaeda fighters, there were no cells.

gold37

Jund al Aqsa?

Bru

yes and they were in this area

EL ZORRO

They get their reinforcement from the same countries that FUNDED THEM, TRAINE AND ARMED…THE UNITED STATES, ISRAEL, SAUDI ARABIA, NATO.

matt

Assad is also using ISIS, for years now, its one big corrupted nest of snakes and scorpions

EL ZORRO

Are you a reject from a mental institute?.

matt

From a realism institute

Deo Cass

It has to be underlined that ISIS are not, I repeat are not fighting HTS. In 2015 HTS and ISIS formally forged a military alliance. ISIS are simply taking care of the areas they are occupying while HTS re-deployes its troops to fight the Syrian government forces. The same thing happened in Eastern Deir Ezzur between ISIS and their SDF/Kurdish allies.

Kira Binkley

That’s a reach.

matt

horsecrap, Assad is using ISIS as well

Josh

Are you a terrorist yourself, or do you just support them?

matt

Are you an idiot like most people on this site? Or do you just support them?

Josh

I’m not the one siding with the terrorists…

And just so you don’t get confused, ISIS aren’t *the only* terrorists in Syria.

Yes, the so-called “moderate rebels,” which are made up of al-Qaeda and other Islamist extremists are *also* terrorists, and the fact that you side with them is disgusting!

matt

the “fact”??? I am against violence PERIOD! You are a pathetic being that can only see things in black and white, mostly black

Josh

If you’re “against violence PERIOD” then you should support a swift victory for the Syrian Army so that the war can finally end! :-)

matt

That doesn’t make sense! Assad is known for torturing people that are against his regime, so the violence will not stop after the war.

Josh

If you want to talk about human rights abuses, start with Saudi Arabia! (Of course you won’t though because you’re a Zionist and Israel is allied with the Saudis.)

The fact is though that the SCALE of any abuses by Syrian gvt is DWARFTED BY ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE when compared with the death and destruction caused by the US and its allies supporting Islamist terrorists in order to attempt regime change by proxy.

matt

the article is not about SAUDI ARABIA i am NOT a zionist you scumbag!!! Go fuck your mother!!!

Josh

Resort to ad hominem – always the sign of someone with a strong argument, LOL! :D

Anyway, your profile picture closely resembles an Israeli flag.

And you’re right, the article wasn’t about Saudi Arabia, it was about the terrorists in Syria, whom you apparently support. And supporters of these terrorists don’t tend to be too critical of Saudi Arabia, one of the main backers of these terrorists.

matt

it is NOT an israeli flag, dumbo! look more carefully where the HELL did you get the idea that i support any fighters??? The word terrorists is a BULLshit word, for it can be used for ALL violence, depends wich side is talking

Josh

I didn’t say that it WAS an Israeli flag, but that it RESEMBLES one. It’s like an Israeli flag mixed with some other crap….

You need to work on your reading comprehension :D

In any case, I’m not gonna quibble with you over semantics here. When there are groups of non-state actors who are affiliated with ISIS and AlQaeda then they’re terrorists. You want to believe otherwise, that’s your prerogative I guess, but you’re wrong.

matt

terrorist no. 1 is the USA, so….

Josh

You’re right that the USA has a long history of supporting terrorist groups for geopolitical reasons…

They did that in Afghanistan, in Bosnia, In Libya, and they’re doing that now in Syria.

If you oppose US imperialism then you should be supporting Syria in its resistance against the war of regime change by (terrorist) proxy that the US and its allies have been waging against Syria for the past seven years now!

matt

it resembles more then an israeli flag shrimp brain, it has the palestine flag colors as well, so you get it now??? I support PEACE and JUSTICE. Assad is not that! And ALL the other players in this dirty violent game are not!!!

Josh

If you support peace and justice then you should be opposing the imperialist war of aggression by proxy that the US and its allies are waging against Syria by supporting terrorist groups to overthrow Assad.

matt

I do

Kira Binkley

Who, in your considered opinion, would be the NGO’s?

Josh

NGOs?…

I guess that’s one euphemism you can use for terrorists :D

I’m talking about groups like HTS, formerly al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda, but there’s a huge patchwork of different Islamist terrorist warlords operating in Syria.

Kira Binkley

Bringing the world to the brink, do you suppose, Josh? The neo-cons would love to know that.

Kira Binkley

Where do you get your so-called “facts”, idiot? President Assad does not, nor is he known for, torturing his people. That is a lie put out by the U.S. and its puppet masters, the VELGDS, so as to give credence to the U.S. presence in Syria, and to degrade and destroy the peace in the region.

matt

Did you ever talk with syrians???? I did, with many, so shut the fuck up

You can call me Al

I reckon it is smoke and mirror mate. No offence.

matt

Another proof Assad as well is playing double games with ISIS. As i said, there is no good and bad in Syria, only bad sides

Josh

How’s the weather today in Langley?

matt

Where is langley?

Josh

CIA HQ. You don’t know where your own agency is based at? LOL!

XRGRSF

Wow, what an amazing strategy: Expend your military assets taking villages, which are more or less useless, from your former allies. Now that’s a certain path to victory.

dutchnational

As is known Assad is arming IS there and releases IS prisoners, Assad is providing US cover to keep on arming SDF/YPG.

One of Assads better decisions.

Trustin Judeau

Probably the most stupid comment since 2015 when one jihadist moron said – “Soon we will be on the beach of Tartus”.First there is no evidence of arming ISIS fighters and releasing ISIS prisoners.Second this front is away from SDF territory.USA doesnt need some cover to keep arming their proxies.

@Inc2Get

Careful now, never go full retard. These are not regular Isis fighters from deir ezzor or southern Syria but rather from jaish al Khalil, something like that. The group was a branch of HTS but later on pledged allegiance to Isis.

Kira Binkley

You seem to be saying Assad is using IS against the U.S.

matt

ALL sides are dirty, derrr

Kira Binkley

I believe it is a great maneuver on President Assad’s part. Don’t you?

EL ZORRO

“ISIS BREAKS THROUGH HAYAT TAHRIR AL-SHAM DEFENSE IN NORTHEASTERN HAMA (MAP)”…TRANSLATION…CIA/MOSSAD INTERNATIONAL MERCENARY TERRORIST, BREAKS THROUGH TAHRIR AL-SHAMAN DEFENSES IN NORTHEASTERN HAMA.

eric zweistein

Unconfirmed, not reserched nonsense. Writes Canthama:

“I honestly do not think there is battle here, al Qaeda is only fighting the SAA, and ISIS is walking through empty ground left by buddy al Qaeda. All within a plan to let ISIS leave in Syria si the US stays longer.”

You can call me Al

They are called “Hayat Tahrir al-Sham” for a reason ….zoom in on the word “Sham” – they are a distraction.
