ISIS cells in Iraq are once again burning wheat and barley crops in what appears to be an attempt to intimidate and extort famers.
On May 26, ISIS’s news agency, Amaq, released photos documenting a recent arson attack by the terrorist group’s cells that targeted farmlands in the district of Daquq in the northern province of Kirkuk.
ISIS cells have carried out at least five attacks on farms in Daquq since May 20. In one of the attacks, the terrorists killed six farmers.
Amaq said that the targeted farms are owned either by pro-government tribal forces, farmers from the Islamic Shiite sect or members of the Yarsanism minority.
ISIS cells in Iraq have been attacking crops for the last few years. Usually, the terrorists raid the farms and set it on fire. However, in some cases they use other tactics like remotely-controlled improvised-incendiary devices and magnifying lenses.
While ISIS is trying to present these arson attacks as a form of vengeance, Iraqi sources believe that the terrorist group is only targeting the farms of those who refuse to pay Zakat, an Islamic tax, to it cells.
The terrorist group’s attacks on wheat and barley crops in Iraq are especially worrying this year, as the world is reportedly heading towards a shortage in grains.
I just finished watching a video on YouTube about global food shortages. This is like adding to the problem.
Those meetings in Davos are there to plan the extermination of Humanity.
Sounds like CIAsis.
And guess who are behind those islamo-fascist terrorists? You guessed it: Turkey and the USA. Yankees go home! Free Kurdistan! Down with Erdogan!
That’s because the US is CREATING a worldwide food shortage and they made it clear to ISIS fighters that if they want to continue getting paid they need to destroy the crops. Anal Klaus and Gates are so proud of them following orders.
