Late on February 13, ISIS cells attacked Iranian-backed forces guarding Syrian phosphate mines in Homs’ southern countryside.
According to the Istanbul-based Syria TV, ISIS terrorists attacked three posts of Iranian-backed forces to the east of the town of Khunayfis. Other positions were shelled by the terrorists.
Iranian-backed forces situated in the nearby area of Souaniye failed to send reinforcements to Khunayfis due to several ambushes which were set by ISIS cells on the road leading to the town.
Three fighters of Iranian-backed forces were killed and at least four others were wounded as a result of the attack. The wounded were reportedly transported to Palmyra Military Hospital.

The attack was likely launched from the Homs desert, ISIS main stronghold in central Syria. The region lays between eastern Homs and western Deir Ezzor. Hundreds of terrorists are reportedly taking shelter there.
ISIS cells carried out dozens of attacks in the Hama-Aleppo-Raqqa triangle and western Deir Ezzor during the last few months. Syrian government forces and the Russian Aerospace Forces responded with force. As a result, the terrorist group is now attempting to expand in southern Homs.

First of all..Syrian phosphate mines in Homs have been sold to a Russian company and are protected by Russian PMC and NDF forces…therefore Iraqi PMU are not deployed there! that forces are deployed along Syria/ Iraq border and others in south Aleppo!

I said during NK war that AZ army also was suffering many casualties…and when the war was over everybody thought that 300 Az soldiers have been killed…but AZ military sources told that 2893 were killed which is a huge ammount to just take the south part after intensive artillery and drones support. the purpose of inflate Syrian casualties or spread fake attacks is to boost terrorist morale because they see Syrian maps and cannot change nothing!…are unable to retake an small village.
bs land borders matters Syrian army only controls %20 of its borders.
Syria has the control of the entire lebanon, Jordan, Israel border ( only dont have control of Al Tanf area) and Iraq border from Al Tanf to east Eufrates…also dont have the control of the Turkish border….but there Syrian / Russian are troops close to them ( From Aleppo to Hasaka). we are not in 2015 where SAA was a collapse army…..

All that is highly incorrect.
It can be like that, but happenings in Syria aree not new and we often know the liability.
One good example in numbers was SANA told about 2.000 from ISIS took Palmyra the last time they did. Everybody else said 500 did it.
They also had a long list of total stupidities made by the armed forces and the seond class milisia there.
It even started with all knew sandstorm would arrive. Even so there were no extra guards. I even had fanatics here telling those i Palmyra had got russian infrared visuals, but they forgot those dont work at all in sandstorms.

Iraqi PMU, IRGC and Hezbollah have defeated ISIS in Iraq and Syria..they have taken lands from Deir Ezzor to Al Bukamal…they defeated ISIS in Ninive and Saladin province!..this is the problem for US coalition, Turkey, Saudis and Israel…that Shia troops deployed in Syria because they know that SAA despite Russian air support is not enough to defeat terrorist..and the main goal of USA, Israel, Turkey and Saudi Arabia is the same as ISIS has!..it is to defeat Assad Government and to divide Syria!
