ISIS is trying to slow the SAA advance. That’s all they can do.

Thegr8rambino

But they can’t stop it :)))))

Attrition47

A forward defence will mean an empty shell behind them. Will the US head-chopping, heart-eating rapers have the nerve to try to rush the vacuum before the Syrians?

Thegr8rambino

Hopefully soon they won’t be able to feel any of their nerves anymore lmao

Jens Holm

Its total madness writing like that. SDF has just taken Tabqa and are now with their hardest troops trying to take the Capitol of ISIS.

How on the earth should they go out blocking som destroyed oilfields ,some desert and some hamlets and village. Those areas are planned for SAA. They have troops for it and can soon get the good road from Hama(Homs) to Tabqa making a much shorter supply line.

Hrky75

First of all – ISIL are insurgents and they don’t need a fixed capitol. Wasn’t Mosul also The Capital? And what happened when the Iraqis neutralized it – exactly nothing! And speaking of Mosul do you see a difference between Iraqi fighting ISIL – encircling Mosul an KILLING all the enemy inside and Kurds “fighting” ISIL in Raqqa – channeling them towards SAA lines leaving the “trap” open. No one in his right mind fights insurgents by letting them escape to fight another day – except US backed Kurds…

gustavo

coorection, ISIL are terrorists.

Hrky75

I was talking in military terms – i.e. they don’t need fixed capital in order to operate. In human terms they are scum…

Ronald

Saudi and Tunisian 80 % , so both insurgents and terrorists .

Hrky75

Interesting piece of strategic reasoning. While ISIL “mortal enemy” the Kurds and US SOF have Raqqa surrounded on 3 sides with 100 km flank around Tabqa AB begging for a counter attack – ISIL keeps attacking SAA Tigers further west and now positions around T3. If I didn’t know better I’d say ISIL was trying to keep as much territory as possible in order to surrender it to some form of “US vetted rebels”…

goingbrokes

What is revealed is the naked depravity of the evil scheme of using an wahhabi insurgent mercenary armies as the spearhead of western destabilisation policy, where also the western governments themselves have been hijacked by the corporate elites in cahoots with the intelligence agencies. We need a Shakespeare to write it all up.

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

The attack was a false flag nice that they can rely on such people , they are crazy leftists .

John Brown

Those are their orders from the master of ISIS, racist supremacist Israel. This is why the Tiger forces are outflanking ISIS from the North East so ISIS can’t bring all its forces to Palmeria from Raqqa etc. by cutting the area off.

Jens Holm

bork…

Jesus

T3 ISIL counterattack is being pulverized by Russian air attacks. As far as the Tiger forces south of Tabqa, they can seal SDF and be a flanking threat if SDF tries to move south. Why don’t you plainly say it that the actions of ISIS and SDF are being orchestrated by a “higher power”?

Jens Holm

But SDF is no threat, so why should they ????????????? SDF could – if the would bot have closed that gab SAA are talking now calm and easy – and have knocked that little SAA force out some days ago -and still have kept ISIS under control.

Orcbuu

Cmon JESUS, Higher Power?!?!?! hehe

Hrky75

Otherwise Jens “Lion of the Desert” Holms wouldn’t grace us with his insight to the issue and that wouldn’t be half as funny ;-)

Jesus This article does not mention anything about Russian air attacks, it says exactly as below:

Have you decided to search your heart and your mind why?

IS – Islamic State is still in place after 25,000+++ Air Bombing Sorties by the Russian Air Group in Syria.

Copy and Paste of this article: An intense fighting between Syrian government forces and ISIS terrorists is ongoing in the T3 pumping station area near the ancient city of Palmyra in the province of Homs.

Earlier this week, ISIS units as series of counter-attacks in the area. However, government troops were able to repel them. Despite this, the terrorist group keeps putting pressure on the army.

Hrky75

I’d say Daesh is quite displaced after 2 years of Russian participation in the war. As I recall they used to control territory between Baghdad and Azaz and from Kobane to Damascus. Now they seem to control two handfuls of desert – not enough for a Kalifate but almost enough for their graves…

Hrky75 This is good news. The Syrian Military requires Raqqa and Deir Ez Zor on a plate very soon.

Thegr8rambino

Hahahaha I love it :)))

Jesus

There are other articles from other sources dealing with the same subject.

BEIRUT, LEBANON (4:45 P.M.) – The Syrian and Russian air forces have been very active, today, hunting down Islamic State (ISIL) fighters across the country.

Since the morning hours, the Syrian and Russian air forces have intensified their airstrikes over central Syria, hitting terrorist targets between the east Homs towns of Sukhnah and Arak.

According to a military source in Damascus, the Syrian and Russian air forces specifically targeted the Islamic State’s gathering points near the T-3 Pumping Station, Latiybah Al-Gharbiyah, and Arak Gas Fields, destroying scores of armored vehicles.

In addition to the destruction, the Syrian and Russian air forces have also killed a large number of Islamic State terrorists that are attempting to fight off the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) near the Arak Gas Fields.

Meanwhile, in the eastern countryside of Hama, the Syrian and Russian air forces have carried out more than 15 airstrikes over the towns of Abu Habilat, Qalib Al-Thor, and Jana Al-Albawi.

East of Homs, the Syrian Air Force carried out dozens of airstrikes over the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, striking the Islamic State’s positions at Jabal Thardeh, Wadi Thardeh, Al-Jafra, Huwijat Qate’, and Al-Maward.

By my estimates ISIS is loosing 150-200 fighters every day and multiple Syrian fronts. In 2-3 months their collapse is inevitable in Syria. There might be some marauding groups in the desert without any significant strategic value.

Here is more ISIS carnage from Russian Air Force:

BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:20 P.M.) – The Russian Air Force killed two Islamic State (ISIL) commanders and 180 militants in the Deir Ezzor Governorate, the Kremlin’s Ministry of Defense reported on Saturday.

According to the statement released by the Ministry of Defense, Russian military intelligence were able to identify gathering points for the Islamic State that were going to be used to launch attacks against the Syrian Arab Army in Deir Ezzor.

The concentration of Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) forces near the besieged Syrian city was first noticed by Russian surveillance drones in early June, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

The military command decided to conduct preemptive airstrikes to prevent their ensuing attack.

As a result of their findings, the Russian military intelligence played an integral role in defending Deir Ezzor and inflicting heavy damage on the Islamic State’s positions.

Two airstrikes delivered on June 6 and 8 by the Russian Air Force in Syria killed two prominent IS field commanders, Belgian Abu Umar al-Beljiki and Egyptian Abu Yasin al-Masri, the statement said.

Is this good news for you? Or are you sorry that ISIS is getting wasted and their numbers are dwindling fast?

in the meanwhile, you can bitch all you want that the nation you hate most has changed the course of war in syria. in the end, you (and your country) accomplished nothing while jihadism has suffered the most serious blow it ever received, one that will probably put an end to its modern form.

Russia: IS – Islamic State is still in place after 25,000+++ Air Bombing Sorties by the Russian Air Group in Syria.

US Led Terror Axis: After 75,000++ air sorties by the US led “Terror Axis” UK, France, NATO, Turks, Arabs, etc., with precision guided missiles, IS are still in place, trained, armed and logistics supplied from the “Terror Axis” countries.

Murf

Yeah and how many of those 25k sorties were actually directed AT ISIS? According to most accounts barly even 10%. Glad you could finally make it to the real fight. You have been in Palmyra for a year now and ISIS is still with in ear shot of the city.

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

The US bombed it for several hours allowing ISIS to take it back killing 80 SAA and injuring over 100 , now since the US is restricted where it can bomb they seem to even violate that . Every time an airstrike was directed at SAA it was to prevent the SAA from dealing with ISIS blowing up bridges and roads , we do realize these guys are not ISIS BUT US special forces EMEDDED IN ISIS . The US has been more in collusion with ISIS and the SDF especially allowing them to put Arabs into camps in SDF controlled areas under false pretenses . They are bleeding ISIS in order to make them unable to defend the area , gives them false hope as they blindly think they have the upper hand .

Murf

” EMEDDED IN ISIS”?

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

They are lack of the proper word ex special forces working in PMCs the grey area of war no one discusses , and ISIS is the old Baathist Iraqi Army .Never be shocked at what truly goes on anymore , just not a sheeple .

Murf If your criminal people led by the Neoconservatives stopped promoting wars, conflicts and chaos then there would not be any need for any sorties.

Murf

Yeah sure. Because all the world would be living in peace and tranquility. North Korea would not have invaded the South and decades later are threatening nuclear war. The USSR would not have spent the Cold War starting “Wars of Liberation” They would not have invaded Afghanistan and got the whole radical Islam movement started. All the wars from the collapsing European Empires would not have taken place. With out the US the Holocaust would not have happened and the Jews would not have migrated to Israel. Iran would not be a radical theocracy. OK that one is on is on us. Russia would not have killed hundreds of thousands of Chechenes in two vicious wars. We held a gun to Assad’s head and made him gun down unarmed protesters. We forced Qaddafi to threaten to turn Benghazi into a “Mass grave.” Our love of oil is why we fought in Korea, Vietnam, Intervened in Somalia, bombed Serbia and support Israel.(even though there is NO OIL in those countries.) Yep the world be a regular “Brotherhood of Man”.

More

Murf Look in the mirror and you will see your lingering higher than average Neanderthal DNA.

Spare your nonsense and rubbish and get out from not only Syria but the whole of the Middle East.

Fact: War mongering is caused by a lingering Neanderthal admixture in the DNA of the Khazars.

The May 6, 2010 issue of Science, Journal of the American Academy of Sciences, has finally confirmed that modern human populations have significant Neanderthal genetic admixture.

This study by the Max Planck Institute of Leipzig under the overall leadership of Dr. Svante Paabo also included some researchers from the Harvard University School of Medicine.

As a result, the Khazars have higher propensity of aggression, war mongering, creating conflicts, mendacious, avaricious, manipulative and conniving behavior.

All of this chimes just like you Murf. .

Murf

“Modern human populations have significant Neanderthal genitive admixtures” So in other words I and these Khazars you are so worried about are normal humans? Thanks I apreatiate that. Not sure if that was supposed to be an insult though. In the mean time the US has shot down one of Assad’s Su-22 a. How many does that make now, I loose count?

More

Murf “…I and these Khazars you are so worried about are normal humans?…”

You came back for more, LoL:)))

The Neanderthal DNA admixture of the Khazar people is directly due to the area they originated from near modern day Georgia in the Caucasus Mountains.

The Khazar propensity of aggression, war mongering, creating conflicts, mendacious, avaricious, manipulative and conniving behavior is explained by one of their own, Michael Bradley.

“Chosen People From the Caucasus” by Michael Bradley. http://www.michaelbradley.info/

Bradley writes of his research and controversy that erupted when many media outlets which had previously hailed his writing on the topic of the Neanderthals came to realize that his work pointed toward Neanderthal origins of the Khazars.

Same shit as ever. The big exuse for having a lousy biiiiiig army. You have the same facts as anybody else, but Your conclusions are far out.

Hrky75

You are the only one here ignoring the facts and obvious conclusions because they don’t suit your infatuation with the Kurds. Kurds are a threat to Syrian sovereignty and the fact they (lets not kid ourselves – their CIA handlers) choose not to enter into direct confrontation with SAA is because that would mean direct fight with Russia and various “rebels” that are dying to have a crack at them. I don’t really understand whose “biiiig” army are you on about – not the SAA since they don’t field more then 200K troops and a unit larger than a brigade. Tiger force – just 2K strong has liberated area the size of Serbia in last few weeks. But that’s just facts and those are not really your strong point – lets hear some more about your intimate feelings for the “Noble Kurd” shall we…

At the same time also demanding that Syria is not allowed to be defended from the “Terror Axis” countries like the US, NATO, Turkey, etc.

Bottomline there will be no WW3.

The Neoconservatives and the US would be the losers in a nuclear escalation even if accidental, apart from the deaths it would cause the global financial markets to collapse.

The Neoconservatives who lose Israel and Money would be wiped out financially and it would take them 20 or 30 years at least to recover.

Today the UK women go out to work and the children have the highest obesity rate in Europe, highest dental decay, highest mental disorders, its the same in US and France, unhealthy society.

“…80% in Syria of today are working in family buusnes. 20% are working in family buisness here….”

The important thing is Syrians are running their business.

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

The Tiger Forces number between 8000 -10000 the 4th armored div. is about 14500 ,the 11th armored has been reformed and the 5th div. has been the most loyal and lost only a few to defections . The Liwa al Quds are raised from the Palestinian refugee camp in Daara , The ISIS hunters are about 6000-8000 and members are embedded along with Tiger Forces along all fronts more units could be listed . The SAA have no conscription and the SDF have conscription and arrest people and force them to join , wonder who has more loyal troops .

Hrky75

I’m afraid that some of your numbers are wishful thinking – even according to Southfront Tiger Forces consist of 2 battalion strength subunits. Number of Tigers that took part in Aleppo battle was just 800. Liwa Al Quds is a brigade – 5K people tops. Otherwise why not have 2 Palestinian brigades.

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Those numbers are fairly accurate on both groups Liwa Al Quds full volunteer force is about 8000-10000 , the Tiger forces started out between 3000-5000 and worked in securing the Oilfields , they expanded under Wagner group training , they sent a battalion to Aleppo while maintaining the oilfields this information was available for some time .

Hrky75

I think you’re mixing Tigers and Desert Hawks – they were semi private SAA affiliate that started out protecting oil fields. Tigers expanded from Syrian AF Intelligence and commandoes. Their first action was 2013, long before Wagner group started training SAA. Check Soutfront piece on YouTube for details…

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

Tiger forces were also protecting strategic positions in the oilfield and airbases , they were formerly lead by Assad’s Uncle back in 80’s and they were retrained by Wagner whom are all former VKS were hired to train special forces for the Syrian Army , The entire Syrian Army has gone under a reorganization and training more units are becoming available but the Tiger forces are a special forces unit the exact numbers will always jump around ,like as with any special forces unit and like most today they needed to step up their game .

Hrky75

I hate to correct you, but you don’t have your facts straight. The Defense companies that used to be commanded by Rifat Al Assad were disbanded in ’84 and most of them became part of 4th Armored div. Small % were taken over by 14th Special Forces Div – that share tiger head shoulder patch with TF. But there’s no sources connecting the 14th with TF. Suheil Hassan was SyAF special forces before the war and he created the unit from paras and SyAF intelligence commandos.

John Whitehot

cleptocracy in Russia finished when jewish “oligarchs” which were depaupering the country and funneling billions towards US zionist owned banks during the presidency of the traitor Eltsin were kicked out.

After that, the most brilliant thing your boss Soros did was to attempt “regime change” against Putin by funding and manipulating a group of transvestites and lesbians.

I’m not saying that Russia has become a paradise, but if cleptocracy is involved, one should really put things in proportion.

The F-35 issue, for example. It’s the typical US cleptocratic move that will bring several European and extraeuropean countries economies to their knees, due to the cost of manufacturing and maintaining it.

Secondarily, it will force those countries that bought it into asking the US to defend them: the airplane is so bad, flawed and bugged, that they’ll need the (only) air force with F-22s to actually complete missions. So they’ll lose any defence-independence from the US.

Thirdly, they forced it on those countries which were building the EF-2000, an aircraft that is rather good in every role, hence it’s a dangerous competitor for the F-35.

Solomon Krupacek

And soon it’s gonna be like that for several other countries buying F-35s. Greece Bankrupted because it was forced to buy german tanks and french planes.

But hey, let it be clear, for all those oppressed peoples so eager to get into the civilized west: you want the Benzos and the BMWs, and you want them now. Freedom will always help you getting them, just sign your life and that of your kids away in a bank.
