On February 16, ISIS fighters conducted a hit and run attack on several positions of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) northeast of the village of al-Shaafah, according to the ISIS-linked news agency Amaq. Al-Shaafah is located near the Syrian-Iraqi border, in the southeastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
Amaq said that eight SDF fighters had been killed and one other had been captured by ISIS fighters. Moreover, a vehicle of the US-backed forces was reportedly destroyed.
Amaq also reported that ISIS fighters had clashed with the SDF inside the village of al-Bahrah, 20km north of al-Shaafah. During the clashes ISIS fighters killed four members of the SDF and injured two others with rocket-propelled grenades and ATGMs, according to Amaq.
The US-backed forces imposed its control over large parts of al-Bahrah on February 14, according to Kurdish sources.
From its side, the US-led coalition revealed that its warplanes had conducted 39 airstrikes against targets of ISIS in Syria between February 9 and February 15.
On February 16, several local sources reported that US-led coalition warplanes had hit at least one position of the SDF by mistake.
The SDF and the US-led coalition have slowed down their anti-ISIS operations in eastern Syria since early 2018. Many Syrian pro-government activists believe that the operations were slowed down in order to keep ISIS as an excuse for the US military presence in Syria.

The coalition is bombing the hell out of the east bank, but its ex-ISIS DMC Arab tribal thugs still can’t make any progress. The CENTCOM suckers offered them weapons, ammo and paychecks. ‘Fighting ISIS’ was just the cover story – it’s not like the DMC has any real intention of doing so. All they had to do was say, “Yeah, boss… fight ISIS. Whatever… Now give me some money and ammo, you stupid f’king cucks!” CENTCOM delivered.

A small area across the Euphrates north-east of Deir Ezzor had been taken by Syrian government forces months ago. It is near some oilfields which the U.S. wants to keep away from the Syrian government. The valuable oil and gas fields are currently in the hands of local Arab tribes who earlier worked with the Islamic State and are now allied with the YPG/PKK Kurds under the name Syrian Democratic Forces. The YPG/PKK is a registered US terrorist organisation which the CIA renamed SDF for obvious reasons. Local deals were made between the Syrian government side and local Arabs holding the oil fields. When the exchange started the U.S. simply told the SDF to move out of the way and when the government aligned groups started to take over the field the U.S. bombed them.
The US are the principal supporters of terrorist groups for their own neferious agenda. Anything they say and everything they do cannot be trusted. Indeed, any sane person would realise that they are the real enemy masquerading as anti ISIS which is a total joke that only a moron would believe. They are in Syria as an illegal invading force in complete breach of International Law.

Think you’ve got close to it without saying it , Deir Ezzor Military Counsel , who report directly to the Americans , not the SDF , are in fact ISIS .
Daesh and other terrorist groups (which are US-backed too) attack other terrorist US-backed groups but never get bombed by the US. The Syrian Army attack US-backed terrorist groups and get bombed. How long does it take or will take US citizens/non-citizens and/outside the US to see that the US government and Israel support terrorist? And are the one’s to blame for the terrorism happening in Europe or the US?
