On July 3, ISIS-affiliated Jaysh Khaled ibn al-Wailed began conducting attacks against the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in southern Syria, in what appears to be an attempt to support the US-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA).
According to the ISIS-linked news agency Amaq, fighters of the terrorist group shelled several positions of the SAA in the town of al-Shaykh Maskin in the western Daraa countryside. Furthermore, the news agency released a video of Jaysh Khaled ibn al-Wailed fighters massing on front lines and vowing to defeat the SAA.
These developments confirm several reports, which said that the FSA and the Jaysh Khaled ibn al-Wailed reached a ceasefire agreement in late June. Back then, the Beriut-based news outlet al-Modon reported that the agreement may allow some fighters of the Khalid ibn al-Walid Army, which are besieged in the western Daraa countryside, to join the battle against the SAA.
The upcoming days will likely witness more attacks of Jaysh Khaled ibn al-Wailed, which appears to be planning to win the hearts and minds of FSA supporters in order to expand in the western Daraa countryside.

There is only one offer and bus rides is not on the list all Syrians must re-integrate and reconcile but none of them are allowed in the military or police. All ISIS/Al Qaeda/and allies will be arrested and charged with war crimes. Russia took what was earlier offered then even offered less , apparently the deal with SDF recently was heard by a member of the Syriac Sutoro (police) in al Hasaka and not an SAA soldier as claimed.
Just finish them off …. where they have a chance? Really no brains.
These guys should know why even US is asking Saudis or other arab forces to die on their behalf when the real fights to liberate US areas comes.
Already Trump seems willing to use this withdrawal as excuse to get Putin talks to get Iran out of Syria which will never happpen

ISIS took advantage of the transition that was it but you now have FSA and HTS going around and arresting people calling them “frogs” because they wanted to reconcile. The only thing is that these terrorists think “frogs” are only good for skinning and making leather products out of they learn from their Nazi Masters here.
ISIS has an interest in not sharing a border with another strong neighbor, and appearing to fight the SAA will expand their recruiting base to the displaced civilians and soldiers of Daraa. So ISIS fights the SAA in any way it can without endangering its own fighting force.
