On October 8th, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke about “traitors” on the frontline in Nagorno-Karabakh, and individuals attempting to spread discord among the troops.
“A few days ago, I received an alarm signal that some people went to one of the front lines and convinced the warring soldiers that “Nikol sold the land, that this is actually a conditional war, they brought you here to the meat grinder to kill, so that the agreement was not visible”, “there is no point in holding positions”.
According to some reports, persuasions, even orders of soldiers forced them to leave some combat positions to the enemy.
