ISIS’ weekly newspaper Al Naba claimed that members of the terrorist group had killed one army soldier, injured two others and captured a Christian criminal research expert in Egypt’s North Sinai on January 18. The newspaper claimed that the captured man was involved in the government’s campaign against terrorists. No further details were provided. The ISIS-linked media outlet added that several soldiers had been killed or wounded in the past week.
