On Friday, ISIS-linked Amaq news agency reported that ISIS terrorists had seized a Cobra armored vehicle after Turkish soldiers fled their positions in the outskirts of al-Bab in northern Syria.
The Cobra is a Turkish-made infantry mobility vehicle that has been in service with the Turkish army since 1997. Turkey has not supplied these vehicles to its proxies in Syria.
