At least 3 ISIS suicide bombers attacked positions of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Raqqah, the US-backed group’s press center reported on October 9.

According to the SDF, the ISIS attack became possible due to the ‘imminent Turkish invasion’ of northeastern Syria. The group released photos showing bodies of at least 2 supposed ISIS members eliminated in the clashes.
