In the city of Krasnodar, security forces detained an ISIS supporter that was plotting a terrorist attack, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) reported on March 27. An improvised explosive device belonging to the terrorist was seized on the site.
According to reprots, the terrorist was also in touch with ISIS members abroad.

The Russian admin have chosen the right time to arrest these terrorist cells. With the borders closed, there won’t be any help coming from abroad, and noone will be leaving either.
It seems that for the US/nato to get at Russia, they will have to rely on Ukraine stupidity.
