The Syrian Arab Army and its allies further advanced against ISIS in the eastern Hama countryside and liberated the villages of Rasm Tawil, Rasm Sab’ah, Habr Sharqiyah and Mushayrifah Janubiyah from ISIS.
Earlier today, the Syrian Defense Ministry announced that the SAA liberated the villages of Abu Liyah, Abu Qa’tur and Jub Habl in eastern Hama. With these advances, government forces liberated about 80km2 from ISIS in the area on Friday.
Earlier this week, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed 27 armored vehicles, 48 pickups mounted with heavy weapons and killed over 1,000 militants during the operation in the area of Uqayribat.

Why is this map so weird? It makes it look like there are two ISIS pockets left in that area, but in reality there is only one, the western one of those two in the picture. Everything east of the road that links Tiyas airbase and Uqairabat is under SAA control…
