Early on February 23, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) struck two observation posts of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in the southern governorate of al-Quneitra.
“At about 12:30 AM of today’s morning, the Israeli enemy carried out an aggression with a number of ground-to-ground missiles from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting some posts in the countryside of Quneitra, which led to some material losses,” an unnamed military source told the Syrian Arab News Agency.
The Israeli missiles hit a post located on the rooftop of the Finance Building in the outskirts of al-Baath city and another located in a key military base near the town of Rwihinah, right next to the “Separation of Forces” line with the occupied Golan Heights.
Initial reports indicate that the attack was carried out with Spike NLOS [Non Line Of Sight] precision-guided missiles, which have a range of up to 25 kilometers.
Following the attack, the IDF dropped leaflets over al-Quneitra claiming that Hezbollah was active in the two targeted posts and warning SAA troops from any further cooperation with the Lebanese group.

“Our action is the result of your lack of responsibility by allowing the presence of Hezbollah in the region. Anyone who deals with Hezbollah and takes part in its terrorist plans will be targeted,” one of the leaflets reads.
This was Israel’s second attack on Syria in less than a week. On February 16, the IDF fired precision-guided artillery rockets at depots of the SAA’s 7th Division near the town of Zakyah to the south of the capital, Damascus.
The recent attacks were a part of Israel’s “War-Between-Wars” military campaign. The campaign is meant to push Iran and its allies out of Syria as well as to prevent them from developing their offensive capabilities. Israel is yet to achieve any of these goals.

Hezbollah works for Iran and Iran has supported Bosnia against Serbia and in the last clash they left the Azeri army to take Nagorno Karabakh. At least, Assad regime supported Serbia and Armenia.
The jihadists are having civil war it seems.
