On October 14, an unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) of the Israeli Air Force destroyed an Israeli spying device east of the town of Hallousiyyeh in southern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA).
The Israeli military has not commented on the matter so far. However, a spokesman for the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFL), Andrea Tenenti, said that they are working closely with the Lebanese side to investigate the incident.
The spying device was likely planted in southern Lebanon by agents of the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad, which had planted many similar devices in Syria and Lebanon in the last few years. These systems are usually destroyed if they suffer malfunctions or if they have been detected.
Some of these spying devices contain electro-optical systems, while others collect signal intelligence. Such devices are among the main sources of information for Israeli agencies like Mossad and the Military Intelligence Directorate (Aman).
Why not put in a self destruct mechanism? Not to worry, US will pay for everything. This post will self destruct in 5 seconds. :)
Well like much of the US equipment these days, the self destruct appears to have malfunctioned. May I suggest a reliable alternative – the Selfdestructomatic 5000(TM) by Sukhoi Aerospace Industries. Works like a charm every time.
Oh crap! My equipment may be a bit old. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/cc92a146968f2de6d4b246fc2b6df179703c3e6bbc33b2cc7e2fd071e33313cd.jpg
How retro. The US has much more modern malfunctioning equipment.
;O)
Some has – when the battery is zero.
These devices are great for Hezbollah and Iranian reverse engineering and intel gathering.
This is too funny to have been an accident. Gremlins in the machinery? lol!
Meanwhile, in the vicinity of the Syrian town of Quneitra, Israeli F-16s bombed and destroyed a manned Mossad observation post in the DMZ. This usually happens when the manned outpost malfunctions or is discovered. ;-D
For a nation that gets an almighty whinge up its proverbial when something as trivial as a tin can is tossed towards it, it’s got some nerve to to make an incursion like this on Lebanese territory.
Thats chutzpah for you
What kind of surveillancec equip was it? Stationary ground -,based lookout post? Geostationary low -orbit spy satellite? Solar long -flying drones?
We need info? Anyone know?
you asking too much I think.
if we judge from the photo they have failed to actually destroy it. Unless the photo it is from an old archive.
Satanic israel should be more concerned with hezbollah’s secret spy systems planted all over the Galilee. I recall a few years back, the klepto jews found one such hezb system in the Galilee and destroyed it – no other hezb gizmo has been found since lol!
Not found because well hidden or because non-existent?
Well hidden. The hezb’s human assets and agents are also well hidden inside of israel. Explains why the hezb has always had more intelligence on the idf than the idf on hezbollah :-)
The Zionists are rushing to protect Saudi Arabia from backlash over the murder of Khashoggi. Here’s a story where they claim that Khashoggi was a religious fanatic? The author Goldman, has openly stated that all Arabs should be eliminated, the final solution. https://pjmedia.com/spengler/german-press-reveals-saudi-spook-saga-behind-khashoggi-disappearance/
Do Syria or Lebanon have spying devices in Israel? If they had and it came to light, how would Israel and the international community react to this?
hysterically..?
Simple: they’d scream “antisemitism !!!!”

It’s high tech devices which explode when the work is over.
they explode when they receive an appropriate command – or when someone tries to disable them.
that pretty much qualifies them as anti-personnel mines.
add to the list of zionazi war crimes and crimes against humanity.
