The Hamas Movement continues to inflict some serious human and material losses on the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) in the Gaza Strip.
On August 7 and 8, Hamas’ military wing, the al-Qassam Brigades, released several videos documenting recent attacks against Israeli troops in the Palestinian enclave.
One of the videos shows Hamas fighters blowing up a heavy explosive device in a group of Israeli troops. The ambush, which resulted in several casualties, took place in the area of al-Farahin to the east of the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis.
Another video shows fighters targeting a Merkava MK4 main battle tank and an M113 armored personnel carrier of the IDF with rocket-propelled grenades in the Tell al-Sultan neighborhood to west of the southern Gaza city of Rafah with. After being damaged, the M113 was later blown up with an explosive device.
The two remaining videos show the wreckage of two IDF drones which were recently downed by Hamas fighters over Rafah, a Skylark and a Spike Firefly as well as a rocket attack that targeted the Israeli settlements of Gan Yavne and Ashdod.
The al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, also released video footage on August 7 showing a recent rocket attack on Israeli settlements near Gaza.
The IDF has so far admitted to losing 331 troops during ground operations against Hamas and other Palestinian factions in Gaza and along its border. More than 2,000 others have been reportedly wounded. In addition, over 500 vehicles were hit there, according to Hebrew media.
While the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli war on Gaza is nearing 40,000, the IDF is yet to achieve any of its main goals.
Hamas is still the de-facto ruler of Gaza, around a hundred Israelis who were captured during the October 7 attack remain in the Stip and the military capabilities of the al-Qassam Brigades and other Palestinian armed factions there were barely damaged.

that’s just one aspect of the low quality of the zio army. 1. no infantry support for armour in built up areas, so they get picked off one by one by brave dudes like him. 2. standing framed in windows to get shot by snipers. 3. hanging around aimlessly in bunches, getting smoked by drones and mortars. 4. high friendly fire casualties caused by poor weapon handling. the zio army is poorly trained, poor discipline. these things should be ironed out in basic training.
