In March 2022, a video surfaced on the Web where a Ukrainian soldier calls the mother of a DPR’s soldier via video link, talks about how her son died, laughs and threatens to do the same to the rest of the Russians and citizens of the LDPR. Within days his identity was established and now he has to worry about his safety.
The main character of the video is Ivan Zaliznyak (Pilipchuk) born on 02.02.1985, who according to various sources lives in either Novgorod-Volynsky or Vinnitsa. Before he joined the Ukrainian armed formations, he led a fairly active right-wing political life. He promoted Nazism, beat up Ukrainian policemen, and frequently claimed to be superior to the people around him.

He is periodically invited to participate in various interviews on the Ukrainian segment of the Internet and television. He is portrayed as a hero of Ukraine, the defender of his nation. However, he is currently in Vinnitsa, from where he broadcasts his hatred for Russia and Russian soldiers. He even met his own brother’s death in a peaceful city, where he is most likely holed up, as he is really worried that the consequences of his actions might catch up with him unexpectedly.
