The Russian military has switched from the tactics of exclusively night strikes to the round-the-clock attacks with a wide range of weapons, including drones and missiles. Most of the targets of the recent strikes were located in the regions close to the frontlines, where ammo and fuel depots, military and industrial facilities, as well as numerous areas of accumulation of Ukrainian military personnel are destroyed.
The Kharkiv region and its capital Kharkiv, which are targeted almost on a daily basis, have come under at least three waves of Russian strikes on January 30. Sirens sounded in Kharkiv last night, in the afternoon and in the evening.

In the afternoon, the local authorities confirmed new Russian strikes, claiming damage to some facilities near the village of Korotych. There is reportedly an airfield, the territory of which is used a tent camp of the Ukrainian. Ukrainian losses are et to be clarified.
In the afternoon, more strikes were reported in the Sumy region.
More Russian strikes were confirmed in the evening. According to the claims of the local authorities, the city was hit by Russian Iskander-M tactical missiles, which cannot be intercepted by Ukrainian air defense. According to preliminary reports, there are no casualties; but the targets of the evening attack are yet to be revealed.
