Videos and photos posted to social networks on September 5 and 6 showed several Western-made weapons of Kiev forces which were recently destroyed by the Russian military in the Kursk direction.
The losses included an American-made M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) that was destroyed by an Iskander-M tactical ballistic missile close to the settlement of Mogritsa in the Ukrainian region of Sumy, which borders Kursk.
Another missile strike destroyed a French-made CAESAR self-propelled howitzer, close to the settlement of Nikolayevo-Daryino in Kursk.
Also in Kursk, two American-made Stryker armored personnel carriers (APC) were destroyed while another was damaged and abandoned.

In addition, a German-made Bergepanzer 2 armored recovery vehicle was destroyed with FPV suicide drones in the region.
Kiev forces launched their surprise attack in Kursk on August 6, relying mainly on Western-made weapons and foreign mercenaries. The Russian military halted the attack within a few days. Nevertheless, a counter-attack is yet to be launched.
According to the latest update by the Russian Ministry of Defenses, Ukrainian losses in Kursk have so far amounted to over 10,100 troops, 81 tanks, 41 infantry fighting vehicles, 72 APCs, 589 armored fighting vehicles, 325 motor vehicles, 74 artillery guns, 24 MLRS, including seven U.S.-made M142 and five M270, eight air defense systems, two transport-loading vehicles, 17 electronic warfare stations, seven counter-battery radars, two air defense radars, eight engineering vehicles as well as two counter-obstacle vehicles and one UR-77 mine-clearing vehicle.

i heard elite ukrainian troops were busily scratching graffiti into village cellars to leave a memorable mark on russia. the most popular seemed to be “ihor was here” and the date.
some say this was part of zelensky’s ‘path to victory’ but others thought it was tactical battleground innovation just to show the russians that they too could innovate on the fly.
unfortunately, one of them decided to use his rifle barrel to leave a bigger mark than his comrades and didn’t bother to clean his bore of concrete dust before using it when the orcs besieged the cellar and he ended up taking his entire battalion out when the barrel exploded in the firefight. at least he left an epitaph.
