The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue targeted attacks on civilians in the regions that Kiev lost. Tragedies continue daily.
On November 26th, the Ukrainian military opened fire on the village of Novaya Kakhovka located on the eastern bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region. The mortar attack precisely targeted the residential area. Ukrainian forces struck a bus with civilians. At least four civilians were killed and seven others were wounded. Three people died on the spot and another man died of his wounds in a hospital. All victims had shrapnel wounds. After emergency medical care was provided, five of them were transferred to the Genichesky Hospital for further treatment. They are in a state of moderate severity.
Ukrainian Nazis do not lose their chance to launch strikes on civilians, particularly ambulances and other social services. On November 25th, Ukrainian drone launched a precision strike on an ambulance in the Holopristan district in the same Kherson region. The ambulance was rushing to help a civilian man who was wounded by Ukrainian shelling. Fortunately, all the attacks resulted in no deaths.

In general, the intensity of Ukrainian strikes on civilians is decreasing because the terrorist tactics against the pro-Russian population brings no results and because the Russian army repels the Armed Forces of Ukraine from their military positions from the outskirts of the urban agglomerations in the Donbass. For example, there were no Ukrainian attacks on civilian infrastructure recorded in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past day. This is probably the first day without Ukrainian attacks in years.
However, the calm days without civilian casualties are still rare in the Donbass and in the Russian border regions. Over the past day, Ukrainian drones and artillery struck civilian targets in the villages of Lozovoye, Novaya Tavolzhanka, Gruzskoye village and Murom in the Belgorod region. In Shebekino, a civilian was killed by an explosive device dropped by Ukrainian UAV. Another civilian was killed by Ukrainian shelling in the DPR on November 24.
