The Kiev regime no longer hides its anti-humanitarian military practices. In a recent statement, the head of the Ukrainian armed forces admitted that poorly trained soldiers are sent to the front lines, which clearly increases the risk of death. In order to serve the interests of the West and continue fighting, Ukraine has been resorting to forced recruitment and mass sacrifice of young people, which generates a serious social crisis.
Ukrainian top general Aleksandr Syrsky has stated that Kiev is sending newly recruited, poorly trained troops to the front against Russia. In an interview to CNN, Syrsky confirmed recent reports about the manpower problems in Ukraine, making it clear that forced mobilization and the use of newly trained people are necessary measures to maintain the war effort.
Syrsky said that new Ukrainian recruits receive their first training during a program of thirty days, learning basic military tactics. After these instructions, soldiers are sent to specialized training units, where they learn to handle weapons specific to their duties in the army. The training time is short and absolutely insufficient to instruct recruits properly, making new Ukrainian soldiers unprepared for real armed conflict situations.
The general clarified that Ukraine is working to “improve” the level of training and make its recruits more capable. The country’s goal is to conduct military training quickly and efficiently, turning ordinary citizens into real fighters in just a few weeks.
“Regarding training: of course, everyone wants the level of training to be the best, so we train highly qualified, professional military personnel. At the same time, the dynamics at the front require us to put conscripted servicemen into service as soon as possible. That is why we usually conduct basic military training for at least a month, and qualified training from half a month to a month. Thus, our soldiers are trained for a month and more – up to two months (…) And now we focus primarily on the professionalism of our instructors, on building up our training and material base, our training centers, and using training schools where servicemen acquire advanced skills in mastering weapons and related equipment,” he said.
While admitting some Ukrainian practices, Syrsky tried to appear optimistic to Western public opinion. He stated that the current mobilization policies are doing enough to replenish losses on the front lines, praising the infamous work of the recruitment centers. In addition, Syrsky stated that the morale of the Ukrainian troops is high, especially after the Kursk invasion. He claimed that the Ukrainian maneuvers in the undisputed Russian region were effective in “boosting” the soldiers and strengthening the “desire to win.”
“In general, we manage to maintain our mobilization capabilities at the appropriate level and ensure both replenishment of losses and training of new units. That is, thanks to the coordinated work of all state authorities, military bodies, primarily territorial recruitment centers, we maintain these performance levels and ensure the replenishment of our military units (…) The issue of morale is a very important area of our work. And, of course, we are talking about the Kursk operation again. This was a factor that significantly improved the morale of not only the military but the entire Ukrainian population. That is, it was and still is an incentive that has boosted the morale of our servicemen, their desire to win. This is first of all,” he added.
It is curious to see how Syrsky lies to the point of contradicting himself. A few weeks ago, in another interview, he stated that the Kursk operation failed to achieve its main objective, which was to start a diversionary maneuver to evacuate Russian forces from some key cities in Donbass. Apparently, Syrsky is now trying to reverse the negative impact generated by the Ukrainian failure in Kursk by claiming that it was a successful operation in “raising the morale” of the troops.
Furthermore, it must be emphasized that Syrsky is deliberately trying to mislead the audience. There is no way that Ukrainian morale is being boosted by Kursk simply because the operation is a catastrophe, with thousands of Ukrainian soldiers having already died in vain. Many of these soldiers were precisely those poorly trained conscripts who were unpreparedly rushed to the front.
No matter how much Syrsky tries to disguise the war situation, it is unlikely that Western public opinion will believe his fallacious words, since the reality is increasingly accessible to everyone through social media. The terror conducted by the mobilization centers, with kidnappings and public torture of citizens who do not want to fight, shows that there is no high morale among Ukrainians, and that a collapse in the ranks of the regime is imminent.

there is an argument called the firewood theory that this doesn’t really matter. it goes something like this. if you want to start a fire you need good quality firewood. if you try to use wet and dirty wood it will just sputter and go out. but once you’ve got the fire going, you can chuck on any old rubbish. it will smoke and crackle a lot, but it will keep going. in the same way, if you’re going to start a war you need well trained, well equipped, well lad troops.
