The ongoing standoff on Ukrainian frontlines is accompanied by intensified aerial and missile strikes, with the Russian side targeting Ukrainian military positions and infrastructure, while the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue ignoring the energy truce and launch strikes on Russian energy facilities. The past 48 hours have seen a surge in attacks, with Ukraine launching drone raids while Russia responds with large-scale missile barrages. These strikes highlight the evolving tactics and the severe humanitarian and strategic consequences of the war.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 19 Ukrainian drones overnight, including:
- 13 drones over the Sea of Azov
- 4 drones in Krasnodar Krai
- 1 drone each in Bryansk Oblast and Crimea
The Ukrainian military did not reach any military facilities but increase damage to civilian infrastructure. Moscow frames these strikes as “terrorist attacks” rather than legitimate military operations.
On April 7th, Russia again accused Ukraine of violating the March 18 agreement mediated by the U.S. aimed at halting strikes on energy infrastructure for 30 days. Despite the official claims by the Kiev regime, Ukrainian forces have launched six attacks on Russian power facilities in the past 24 hours, including:
- Rostov Oblast: Two high-voltage power lines struck, cutting electricity for 1,000 residents.
- Voronezh Oblast: A drone attack damaged power lines, leaving households without electricity.
- Donetsk (DPR): Artillery fire caused a transformer fire, disrupting water supply services.
- Bryansk Oblast: A substation was disabled after a Ukrainian strike.
Russia warns that these strikes could provoke further escalation, though Kyiv has not acknowledged its violation of the ceasefire agreement.
On the other hand, Ukraine’s Air Force reported that Russia launched a massive combined attack overnight, deploying:
- 23 missiles (including 9 Kh-101/Kh-55 cruise missiles, 8 Kalibr sea-based missiles, and 6 Iskander-M ballistic missiles)
- 109 Shahed drones
Ukrainian air defenses claimed to have allegedly intercepted:
- 6 Kh-101 missiles
- 6 Kalibr missiles
- 1 Iskander-M
- 40 Shahed drones
Despite these efforts, Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, and Mykolaiv regions suffered damage, with casualties reported.
Russian forces continue precision strikes on Ukrainian military infrastructure, particularly near the front lines. Key attacks were recorded in:
- Izyum (Kharkiv region): A Russian strike reportedly hit an “elite” Ukrainian unit, killing or wounding 50 soldiers and destroying 10 vehicles, according to pro-Russian sources.
- Donbas Front: Russian Aerospace Forces and missile troops targeted Ukrainian troop concentrations in Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, using a mix of ballistic missiles and guided bombs.
Ukrainian forces complain that Russia is increasingly relying on real-time intelligence from local informants to improve strike accuracy.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky recently accused Russia of escalating strikes from the Black Sea, specifically targeting coastal cities with Kalibr missiles. He framed this as a refusal by Moscow to agree to a “naval ceasefire.”
However, Zelensky’s statements are part of a broader disinformation effort. It turns out that during the negotiations, Kyiv attempted to insist on the prohibition of Russian strikes with Kalibr missiles, one of Moscow’s most reliable and difficult-to-intercept weapons launched from the Black Sea. Hiding behind the ‘sea truce’, Kyiv tried to force Moscow to voluntarily abandon one of the most stable ways of strikes on the Ukrainian military infrastructure, including in Odessa, where NATO continues sending weapons to the Ukrainian army. The failed diplomatic push indicates Kyiv’s desperation to reduce strike intensity before potential summer offensives.
the good side of the smo in russia is that all defective brains who wanted to go to the front were allowed: prisoners, schizos, bandits (directly from jail to the front). it’s a cleaning, but i must say that 90% of the russian soldiers are normal patriots(but not nationalists), normal good people.
free cleaning
but 10% are those criminals, among this 10% it’s also the russich (“русич”) regiment who are a neonazi gang and the “espanola” (also a nazi gang), and btw both these pmcs didn’t achieve any palpable result at the front, as both are formed by sickos, cowards and lazy souls. cleaning russia from these 10% racist vermin. great!
in ukraine the situation is the reverse: only 10% are normal people, and 90% are sickos, rapists, junkies, former murders, and of course the neonazis (which builds the biggest group and includes the infamous azov brigade aka ss wolfsangel that runs both zelesnkyi and the rada). even russian neonazis and white supremascists as well as ethnocentrists joined the afu, for example the russian volunteer corps – terrible bad guys
remember when all russia wanted was no missiles in ukraine and ‘please stop shelling donbass’?
feeling good about your decisions still, ukes?
bibi and the penis-pianist should be buried alive in the same coffin.
