On December 28, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
Ten of the videos show a series of drone attacks that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Another video shows an artillery strike with a Krasnopol guided shell on a position of Kiev forces in the settlement of Grafskoe in the Kharkiv direction.
One more video shows airstrikes with UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs on Ukrainian positions in the city of Konstantinovka in the direction of Donetsk.
A second video from Donetsk, shows a helicopter attacking a Ukrainian position inside the city of Krasny Liman with a LMUR guided missile.
In its daily briefing, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “energy facilities used in the interests of the Ukrainian military industry, missile engine components workshops, long-range attack drone assembly and launch preparations sites, as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 148 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses shot down during the same period at least 370 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 669 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 105,665 drones, 641 air defense systems, 26,764 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,634 multiple rocket launchers, 32,218 artillery pieces, and 50,197 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
