The Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and the People’s Protection Units (YPG) made 12 attempts to target Turkish military positions with armed drones in the last two weeks, the Turkish Anadolu Agency reported on March 10 citing security sources.
Both Kurdish parties are designated as a terrorist group by Turkey. Despite this, U.S. forces are actively working and cooperating with the YPG in Syria.
According to the Anadolu Agency’s sources, the drones were launched from the area east of the Euphrates River in northern Syria. This region is indeed controlled by the YPG and the US-led coalition, who maintain several bases there.
“All of the attempts were foiled by the Turkish military and there were no casualties,” the Anadolu Agency quoted one of the sources as saying.
The state-run news agency didn’t reveal any details regarding the drones used in the alleged attacks. However, the PKK is known for using DIY suicide drones in its operations against the Turkish military in northwestern Iraq.
This data was likely revealed to magnify the threat of Kurdish forces in northern Syria. Turkey likely still hopes that the U.S. would withdraw afrom the region and hand over its bases there to the Turkish military.

Gotta like any circumstances where anti-Syrian terrorists are trying to kill anti-Syrian terrorists.
Like I posted a couple of weeks ago, the Americunts have transferred over $800 million in advanced weaponry to their Kurd turd terrorists, and this will primarily be used against the Turkeys who were the cheerleaders for ousting Assad. Now they will reap what they have sown.
