The Russian military has been constantly warning of the terrorist warfare of the Ukrainian military, which threatened the civilians of their own country as well as the entire Europe. The claims of the Russian top military officials are always ignored by the mainstream media as well as by the so-called international community, including, the UN Security Council.
The reason why the West does not hear Russia is clear: the US and NATO militaries are preparing and orchestrating all operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including those that threaten the world with catastrophes or, at least, can claim the lives of hundreds of civilians at once.
Before the recent withdrawal of Russian troops from the western bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson region, Moscow together with the local officials claimed that the Ukrainian military was preparing attacks on the Kakhovskaya dam which could destroy dozens of settlements located along the large Dnieper River. This was one of the main reasons for the timely evacuation of civilians from the western bank region, including from the large city of Kherson.
The newly leaked documents of the NATO military confirmed that the Kakhovskaya dam, which was secured by Russian forces, was considered as one of the military targets for the Ukrainian and NATO military.
An anonymous team of hackers “Joker DPR” has recently published a new batch of secret NATO documents which they achieved after having hacked the notorious US DELTA military command and control system.

Here is another batch of secret NATO documents that my hackers pulled out of the Ukrainian-American DELTA command and control program. In general, it is very interesting. NATO gives Ukrainians almost all intelligence data and targets to defeat, not to mention weapons, equipment and soldiers. Without the participation of NATO, the Ukrainian army would have ceased to exist long ago. So don’t be surprised that they are praying for NATO. But it would be better to pray for the Joker, then there would be a chance to stay alive.
The leaked documents confirmed that the Kakhovskaya dam was among the targets to destroy. The satellite imagery and the targets in the area were provided by the US intelligence back in summer.

With the active support of NATO, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been constantly shelling the dam, threatening the lives of thousands of civilians in the region. The damage of the dam would also disrupt the work of the Zaporozhskaya nuclear power plant, which would affect the security of the entire Europe.
In its turn, the Russian side has all means to devide Ukraine in two parts by several missile strikes on the bridges and dams on the Dnieper River. Such attacks would leave the Ukrainian military without possibility to transfer any military equipment and personnel to the war-torn regions in the East. Such attacks would immediately bring Russia victory in the war in Ukraine and would save lives of Russian servicemen. However, the destruction of Ukrainian dams would also claim lives of hundreds of civilians. That’s why the Russian military does not launch its missiles on such facilities.
The ongoing war in Ukraine has already shown that Russia is fighting to protect people, while the United States and NATO pay no attention to the cost of human lives in the war they have ignited in Ukraine.
The US never pays attention to lives or property if there is a profit to be made, no matter how small.
Correct. An example is the death of more than one million of Iraqis due to the illegal war of aggression and occupation of Iraq based on deliberate lies about WMDs. The likes of Bush, Cheney and the war cabal made 100s of billions and no one was held accountable.
The problem is that there is no institution or organisation in the world that would care to even look at it.
While on the other hand if somebody even says that russians would plan something similar. Even to mention it would be evidence enough and the people would start quoting each other and then saying if so many different expert say the same it must be true…
How they know where is every jammer? Is Russia have so many traitors in their ranks?
Jamming is an electronic signal that interferes with communications. These signals are waves that are strongest at their source but lose strength as they travel out from the emitter … just like when you throw a stone in a still pond. By measuring signal strength from different locations you can determine the source of the signal by triangulation. Those NATO drones and surveillance aircraft are measuring the strength of these signals and calculating the location of the jammers. It’s not all bad though because Russia now knows NATO’s capabilities and can create countermeasures and with an all out war with NATO a very real possibility I doubt Russia is using their latest / greatest EW systems in Ukraine.
On the contrary, NATO does indeed pay attention to civilian lives. It is part of the NATO rules of war. The mass deaths of civilians seeds fear and dissent, a very large part of NATO/US war strategy. Civilian lives are merely a way to secure chaos and dissatisfaction with the perception of ones military/gov. It also serves to distract a moral military to defend it’s civilians, a strategic move to force an enemy to divert and divide it’s forces. Immoral, yes. Illegal, yes. A standard western tactic, yes. Of course, there are drawbacks as well. The results are anywhere from hatred, insurrection, reprisals and alliances with other ‘enemies’…all which cost US/NATO lives…which they care even less about. Even the wounded have their value, as they allow health and pharma corporations to fatten their wallets…not to mention their propaganda value. As long as the weapons contracts continue to flow and get funding…all is well. Blowing up a dam, causing mass civilian deaths and destruction?…right out of the playbook.
The US military’s greatest fear is video of body bags returning home. During the Vietnam war it wasn’t the images of Vietnamese “gook” children disfigured by napalm that caused the anti-war movement but videos of US soldiers in body bags. Americans still don’t know what the USA did to Koreans civilians during that war … not because the information isn’t out there but because they don’t give a shit about ANYTHING that happens to anyone outside the USA … except pronoun and pants feelings politics that is.
On top of that the USA has a volunteer army. few Americans are going to volunteer for anything if there’s a good chance they’re gonna die so the US military will gladly spend tens of millions of US tax dollars on indiscriminant air strikes and fire missions just to keep body bags away from the cameras.
In my opinion, this is a direct result of the atomizing individualism of American society. Warfare is a collectivist enterprise, not one where the individual is of supreme worth. American soldiers enlist in order to collect pay and “level up” their own personal economic status.
Leaked documents my ass, Ukraine was shelling the Kakhovskaya dam for a long ass time. But if they damage or destroy the dam now they get flooded as well…
You know what Russia could have done? I’m not gonna say much but there are more dams North of Dnipro river… the Russia side don’t need to destroy those and flood cities and make Ukraine into hell but they could shell some of those dams like Ukraine did so they would think twice.
P.S. BTH, if NATO was fighting against Ukraine by now they would have destroy those dams and every civilian infrastructure (they would have killed about 2-3 million civilians as well).
And all the media in the world would be very eager to tell their people why this was the only reasonable way to act to fight those pesky urkro-nazis. Just like most peope in the world still believe the nukes where thrown on hirosima and nagazaki to end ww2.

No real shocker there, when you think about it. Natostan in Syria, Yeman, Afghanistan, Libya, Serbia, Vietnam, Korea and other parts in-between.
The Dnepr bridges & dams are legitimate militarily-significant targets. Destroying them wouldn’t be a terminal blow to AFU due to the inevitable deployment of pontoon bridges & air transport, but it would diminish the rate at which Ukraine can move equipment to the front. I think it’s an inevitable decisions assuming Russia has the ability to destroy the dams and bridges by conventional means, so the sooner the better. At this point Russia needs full commitment to this war, with an unrestricted targeting list, and full social and economic mobilization. As to civilian deaths, a warning to evacuate low-lying areas is sufficient for all who wish to save their lives.

The picture shows the locations of 3 jammers and a SAM system. So those are the targets pointed. The dam was also a good supply rout for russia hence why they had SAM systems there and jammers right on the dam essentially. And since Ukraine was trying to hit the concentrations of troops around Nova-Khahovka and the SAM was in the way alongisde the jammers, it makes sense to hit the jammers and the SAM systems. The 2nd picture just lists a bunch more SAMs and jammers.
Sooo I don’t really see how the nazis wanted to destroy the dam when all targets were jammers and SAM systems. Some.of which were put by Russia right on the dam.
