Leaked documents implicate Ukraine in MH17 shoot-down

Original by Boris Rozhin (Colonel Cassad); translation by J.Hawk

Ukrainian MOD documents, testifying to UAF’s high command complicity in the shot-down Malaysian airliner tragedy, are being offered for sale on the Internet.
On July 15, 2014, UAF Colonel General Viktor Muzhenko gave the order to transfer the 3rd Air Defense Missile Battalion of the 156th Air Defense Missile Regiment to the vicinity of the town of Zaroshchenskoye. The Ukraine MOD coded telegram No. 104 was received by the 8th Directorate at 9:10 in the morning. The battle disposition, classified “secret”, was received by the Sector B commander and the commander of Unit No. 1973, earlier located in Lugansk, at 1:10 in the afternoon of the same day.
This and other coded telegrams were published on September 9 in the “collectibles” section of an internet trading site. The asking price was 900,000 rubles. The auction will end on September 30.
In the text of the telegram, Muzhenko explains that the air defense missile regiment is needed in Zaroshchenskoye in order to cover the Amvrosiyevka-Snezhnoye line. In his next directive, he orders collaboration be established with the National Guard commander in order to “prevent opposing aircraft from entering the zone of responsibility.” Aircraft.

Two days later, the Malaysian Boeing MH-17 will fall in this area. Passengers will perish. Ukraine will blame Russia. But the order not to allow aircraft over the Amvrosiyevka-Snezhnoye line was carried out, an order given by a UAF general. The airliner’s fragments fell in the vicinity of Shezhnoye. According to combat situation maps published by the Ukraine GenStaff, UAF units were, on July 17, 2014, “wedged” between Russia’s border and territory controlled by the militia.

Zaroshchenskoye was being shown on the map as a populated area controlled by DPR. Later, it was claimed that the Boeing was shot down by a Buk system supposedly located where there were not Ukrainian troops and could not be any.
The “secret” document demolishes that version.
Background information: the 3rd Air Defense Missile Battalion of the 156th Air Defense Missile Regiment of the UAF included, according to open source information and Ukrainian media reports, Buk-M1 systems with tactical numbers 312, 321, 323, 331, and 332. The SBU announced that the Buk-M1 was Russian, and was hastily transported to Russia from Ukraine’s territory. However, that story was accompanied, on the official SBU site, by a photo of a Buk with tactical number 312. That photo was subsequently deleted.
And on September 8, 2014, at 10 am, the so-called ATO HQ issued a priority order to sector A, B, and S, specifying the following: immediately supply information “in order to ascertain the equipment and personnel strength of forces under command.” They were to emphasize “authorized strength” indicators, which allow one to “determine corresponding needs on the basis of updated correct equipment and personnel strengths.” This request is contained in coded telegram No. 213.
For example, one day earlier the S sector commander received information from the acting commander of the Naval Infantry detachment, Captain 2nd Rank Savenko, concerning the unit’s heavy equipment and personnel participating in the ATO. It amounted to 97 personnel (29 officers and 68 senior seamen), 4 Ural trucks, one BTR-80. The unit’s irretrievable losses included 1 KamAZ truck, and 1 Ural. The coded telegram No. 210 is classified “for official use only.” But on September 8, 2014, at 13:00, A, B, and S Sector commanders, M region commander, as well as commanders of the 25th Separate Air Assault Brigade and 95th Separate Airmobile Brigade, received the following directive. “Organize collection and dissemination of information concerning the deaths of civilians since the introduction of the ceasefire (18:oo, September 5, 2014) in the ATO zone, due to the use of various weapons systems. The data are to be sent to the ATO HQ daily, not later than 05:00.” This directive was signed by the chief of staff, the ATO deputy commander for the Lugansk and Donetsk regions, Major General Nazarov.

The asking price at the auction, http://newauction.ru/offer/dokumenty_mo_ukrainy-i45208172711697.html – 900 000 руб, is quite exorbitant, considering the limited range of documents, of which the coded telegram signed by Muzhenko redeploying the 3rd Battalion of the 156th Air Defense Missile Regiment to Zaroshchenskoye, is the most valuable one. That Buks belonging to that regiment were located on the Donbass was in principle established without Muzhenko’s help: http://colonelcassad.livejournal.com/2738278.html.

And of course the biggest treat is that the the regiment’s Buk and the “Russian” Buk which, according to the Kiev junta, shot down the Boeing, have the same tactical number. Muzhenko’s document in this case debunks the long-standing lie that there were no Ukrainian Buks in the area at all, a lie that has for the longest time been the key argument used by Ukrainian propaganda. Is this confirmation worth 900 thousand rubles? I doubt it.
