Today morning, ISIS has seized back the town of Al-Rai and other 10 villages from Turkish-backed militants in Northern Syria. There are different reports about the group’s progress. However, it became clear that the so-called “moderate rebels” can’t gain any significant success in the border region. At the moment the only significant logistical hub controlled by them is the town of Azaz.
