Last night, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies reportedly libelrated the village of Al Eis in Southern Aleppo.
The village were captured by Al Nusra and the Free Syrian Army few days ago. A Syrian Su-22 was shot down by militants on April 5 in this area.
If the reports are confirmed, the Syrian forces got a foothold for an advance on the M5 highway which is an important supply line of Al Nusra and its allies.
The SAA and its allies will likely conduct operations in the area of ICARDA Military Base and Tal Hadya. This will allow the loyalists to get a fortified point on the M5 highway and to cut off the militants’ supply line.
We remember Al Nusra and its allies which ingore the ceasefire increased activity in the province of Aleppo, recently.
