Some might write here its RAPPORTED cases only. If a country has no system to count or even blur with fake numbers it coveres hardly anything.
Syria as a country also dont cover Idlib, Azas, Afrin, the old SDF and the Jarablus/Al Bab.
Here most people know there are Corona people in those parts of Syria. 5 in my oppinon only cover the Assad Syria by a fake number. in % ??? Having only curfew about ir covers my oppinion about them well.
