Quite suspicious if you ask me especially in the context of how the US and Israel have been trying for many years to get rid of the Iranian government so it can install a US sympathetic puppet in its place. Sanctions, assassinations, orchestrated protests, attacks on Iranian interests in other states (syria) and the fact that you can find written articles dating back to at least 2017 where you read about how the US military has an agenda to create and use bio weapons upon its enemies which ironically include China (where the supposed origin of the covid-19 started from), Iran and of course Russia. Very suspicious or just plain bad luck? I lean towards the former.
