The Syrian army and Hezbollah have achieved significant gains in central Aleppo. In the Bustan al-Pasha Neighobrhood, the pro-government forces have seized the Sport Complex, the Science school, the Housing institution and other buildings in the areas located on the way to Hellok.

Bustan al-Pasha Neighobrhood have been controlled mostly by members of the US-backed Harakat Nour al-Din al-Zenki moderate terrorist group that had become widely known after beheading a boy in Aleppo.
