Being relieved of duty and debriefed isn’t exactly surrender.

Jens Holm

Thats right. Its a matter of semantics.

Good to see you in a better mood.

….only to miraculously reappear whenever Israel or the US need them again to justify a war

Yes, Jesus will wake them up at doomsday.

The rest of You will become Hindus and regain as pigs – Or what ?

If the US withdrawal doesn’t proceed after this within a reasonable amount of time. Then it is going to have to be compelled. Because it will be clear that Trump is unable, and/or unwilling, to deliver on his policy initiatives. Which is most of them. Unless it’s for Israel, in which case he has delivered on most of them.

The place to start with compelling a US withdrawal is with another SADF upgrade. The one shutting down IAF airstrikes has been largely successful, so far. One to deal with the illegal US presence in Syrian skies, and airstrikes from outside Syrian airspace. Needs to be more of the same.

This should involve doubling or tripling S-300 deployment, and putting more robust escalation management tools in place. Coupled with a military diplomatic imitative, supported by equipment deployments in Syria, with Syria’s neighbors harboring US coalition facilities and equipment in their territory that attacks on Syria are originating from.

To make it clear to them that further attacks will be mitigated by counter measures in their territory against attack launch platforms and support facilities. And that if they continue to allow their territory to be used for attacks on Syria. Not only will the attacking forces be dealt with. But reciprocal damage to what is being inflicted on Syria will be inflicted on their own infrastructure.

Jim Prendergast

Well that’s it then. The U.S. has no reason to remain illegally in Syria. Away you go then.

Jens Holm

Well, enemy one was Assads. They are still there.

northerntruthseeker .

Yeah… “Surrender”…. Lets go with that one..

Of course these US operatives will now be shaking hands with their US backed SDF counterparts, and will be whisked away in trucks or helicopters to be redeployed elsewhere in Syria….

Trump is trying to get Europe to take his ISIS fighters, now that they are no longer needed by the USA.

These animals made videos of their crimes and posted them online. A quick trial and execution would be appropriate. If they had been cutting the throats of American children instead of Syrian children they would have already been executed.

So Votel, once again CENTCOM is revealed for the cowardly, genocidal Israeli-firster fucks you rare – living large off my tax dollars in the service of a foreign power. Thank you for your treason!

MUNICH — A senior French officer involved in the fight against Islamic State in Syria faces punishment after launching a scathing attack on the U.S.-led coalition’s methods to defeat the group in its remaining stronghold of Hajin, the army said on Saturday.

Colonel Francois-Regis Legrier, who has been in charge of directing French artillery supporting Kurdish-led groups in Syria since October, said the coalition’s focus had been on limiting its own risks and this had greatly increased the death toll among civilians and the levels of destruction.

“Yes, the Battle of Hajin was won, at least on the ground but by refusing ground engagement, we unnecessarily prolonged the conflict and thus contributed to increasing the number of casualties in the population,” Legrier wrote in an article in the National Defence Review.

“We have massively destroyed the infrastructure and given the population a disgusting image of what may be a Western-style liberation leaving behind the seeds of an imminent resurgence of a new adversary,” he said, in rare public criticism by a serving officer.

A French colonel just threw his entire career away by speaking the truth about the recurring riskless neocon policy favored by the U.S. That would be full-spectrum kinetic psychopathy from stand-off distances along with plenty of air support., Missions are planned to prevent and scratches or dents ofn stratch to U.S. servicement or equipmentg working back in air-conditioned trailers.
